I ordered the Belmash SDM2200 machine. It turned out to be a factory defect of the electric motor. Since April 2024, the company has not returned either the money or the machine. I applied 4 times to specialists of different levels. Neither the loan nor the money is returned to the companies, despite the submitted official claim. The summer construction season has been disrupted. No one takes measures.
