I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was truly wonderful — the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The location is very convenient, in my opinion. A nice little hotel in the old part of the city. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Almost everyone speaks Russian.
Clean, the rooms are not very large, but quite cozy. There is everything you need, including bathrobes, slippers and even toothbrushes. A kettle, bottled water, tea and coffee bags are included in the price, and a mini-bar is available for a fee.
Good sound insulation. The room was next to the elevator, no noise could be heard from the hallway.
The Internet is uninterrupted.
TV with Russian channels is available, but it often freezes.
There is a place for breakfast/dinner around.
In principle, the whole old town is within walking distance.
I recommend.

A stunning hotel in the old town. The building has been completely rebuilt, money has obviously not been spared for the arrangement - very modern rooms, elevators, plumbing. Pleasant staff, a beautiful veranda on the 4th floor. We took room 202 with a balcony, where it was very pleasant to drink wine in the evening. The room is bright, with a total of 4 windows. There is a music bar nearby - one evening Georgians sang at the table there, after 19 thousand steps around the city we gathered again and ran to listen to them - a real concert at the cost of a tip and a glass of wine. One of the disadvantages is the lack of breakfast (there used to be), but there is a hotel nearby at the Silver 34 hotel and there is breakfast until 11 o'clock (buffet) with a very sincere hostess, we went there. Well, the second bar under the windows with music can interfere (but if you sleep with the windows closed and the air conditioner, you can't hear them).

A cozy hotel in the old Tbilisi area with friendly staff. The rooms are great. On the 4th floor there is a lounge area with sofas, open verandas with mountain views, where you can sit in the morning or evening with wine and a laptop.
Near the old streets, shops, a large shopping center within walking distance, very close to a great restaurant Chashangiri 👌

We stayed at this hotel on the way, for 2 days to walk around Tbilisi, traveling by car! We specially chose a hotel where there is parking, at least it is written on the website!!! In fact, there is no Parking, you leave it on the street where there will be a corner, and that's if you're lucky!!! and so you park for 3 blocks, pay for parking and walk up to the hotel!
Then there will be the disadvantages of the hotel :
It is located gum to gum to a cafe and eatery in which the music blares until 2-3 nights, when asked to make it quieter or at least observe the daily routine, because they are also not supposed to make noise after 11, the staff wave their hands saying this is their bread, but what kind of bread is there after 11 there is no one at all.
You won't get a good night's sleep there, tired and angry. We're on our way to Turkey, and we're sleepy as flies, sleeping in the car.
The price for a hotel is above average, it's scary to imagine what they have in cheap hotels. And is this a service?
Russian russians will be cold and rude at the reception, because we all know that if you speak Russian, the attitude will be biased, they don't even care what kind of passport you have, you speak Russian, that's it.
It's not pleasant to walk near the hotel, see the photo below.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, we really liked it! The staff is sincere, they will always help with any question, the rooms are well decorated (they say here that they are small - they are really small, but the two of us fit quite comfortably without problems), there is a roof terrace with a very beautiful view. We had a balcony outside, where periodically someone played the piano very beautifully, which also added charm)
The building itself is well restored, which is not found at every turn in the Old Town, there are cafes/shops around a 5-10-minute walk.

Location 👍 The hotel is located in a very high - calorie place of old Tbilisi , near many cafes and restaurants . Clean and well-maintained hotel in the old town, the staff mostly speaks Russian, cleaning, hygiene supplies, tea - everything in the room. Although the windows faced the bar, which was mentioned in other reviews, the sound insulation is very good and nothing interfered with the windows closed, and when open, instrumental music from the bar made the mood.
On the last day, they were allowed to leave their belongings before the plane. There are cameras in the hotel, so everything is under surveillance

The worst hotel. Good price. An ideal location in the very center of Tbilisi (old town). Within a radius of 50 meters there is a restaurant with homemade cuisine, very atmospheric byres, shops of local artists, an incredible pastry shop and an excellent Italian cafe of the guys from Moscow.

We came to Georgia with my mother for a week, were based in Tbilisi and were very glad that we chose this particular hotel. Freedom Square, from where almost all excursions start, is about a 15-minute walk away. The old town is quiet and atmospheric, there are few people.
The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, the room has everything you need: good bed linen, a functional bathroom down to cotton pads, cotton buds, nail files, there is a tea set, it was nice to come back in the evenings. There is live music in the cafe opposite, the girl sings very beautifully.
Special heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff. Razmik, Hatiya, Taco, you are the best!
Razmik greeted us very warmly in the evening and saw us off in the morning, helped with our suitcases, answered questions. One of the most hospitable people in Georgia!
Hatia and Taco are cute, smiling, welcoming, they made us feel at home!
If the hotel administration adds breakfast, it will be perfect!

The ideal location for those who stopped by for a few days to walk around Tbilisi, absolutely everything is available within walking distance. Small cozy rooms, a hospitable team, a wonderful roof for night gatherings in silence with a beautiful view. Just keep in mind that if you decide to call a taxi, it will be difficult for him to get to you through the narrow streets of the old city and will have to wait a little longer. A great small hotel in old Tbilisi.
The place is certainly interesting))
At first, we strained the narrow streets- labyrinths, but after an hour we navigated them freely.
In the next building there is a small restaurant with live music - we listened at night from the room, I liked it))
The rooms are cozy, a bathrobe, slippers, even a toothbrush with toothpaste, a nail file, ear sticks and discs for cosmetics))
The fragrance is all over the hotel, chic, expensive.
At the reception, the young girls speak Russian, they were pleasantly surprised.

When checking in, they gave room 106, it was very smoky, with a broken wardrobe and a little small, without a balcony. At the request to change to another, they offered only the next day and kept their promise by moving to the second floor, the difference was noticeable. The staff is friendly and responsive, they speak Russian. The location is great, everything is within walking distance, the only thing is there is no Parking for cars. We paid 5500 without breakfast, which is expensive for this hotel, since there is no restaurant and bar. Optimal for this hotel is 3500-4000, when we saw it for 9000 days the other day, we were very surprised, for him it is an overprice.

My friend and I were very lucky to find this hotel at night (I would say even in the morning) and we were able to check in. The girl at the reception is friendly. The male guard did well. I told him everything, explained everything, in general, I met him with a Georgian soul)
