A good hotel with a good restaurant.
We really liked the attentiveness of the staff and the breakfasts. Breakfasts cost 17 bel.rubles, but they are very hearty and delicious.
We got a spacious and modest room, nothing superfluous. The furniture looked old, but everything was neat and tidy.
The room had a large wardrobe, a large bathroom, a TV, a refrigerator, a hair dryer and an iron. You need to ask at the reception.
The hotel is worth choosing if you arrive by car, because they have a large parking lot on site. If you plan to use public transport, then study in advance which routes go to this area, because it is quite far from the city center.
There is a direct bus and minibuses from the station, and it is worth considering that all transport in Brest runs according to the schedule on the scoreboard at the stops. That is, you may well wait at the bus stop for 20 minutes before the bus.

Positive. Comfortable, spacious, clean room with air conditioning, refrigerator. Polite staff. A very tasty breakfast. There are 4 breakfast options available. We tried everything. Well done! The location is next to the railway station, which is very convenient. There is free secure parking.

We were in a Silver Thaler on New Year's holidays, the rooms are clean, cozy, provide slippers, towels, soap accessories. The center is 7 minutes away by taxi. The hotel has its own free parking, which is very convenient for tourists who travel by private car. In the hotel restaurant, you can order breakfast for 15 Belarusian rubles, if there is no banquet in the evening, then dinner, the average check per person is 400 rubles. Among the disadvantages: there is a weak pressure of hot water on the top floor, music in the restaurant until 12 o'clock at night, it can also be heard in the rooms. But these are all small things. I especially want to mention the hotel staff, all well done, such polite girls, just smart. The prices are reasonable, I definitely recommend it.

The hotel left a mixed impression. One of the advantages is a cozy atmosphere, clean, conscientious cleaning. There is a parking lot, and it doesn't seem to be small, but when we returned from the city in the evening, we found that all the places were occupied. The employee said that seats should be available at 11-12 a.m. I had to guard the place instead of resting after a walk.
The window of our room overlooked the parking lot, but at night it was very noisy from the nearest street. I had to close the window and sleep in the stuffiness. Another of the disadvantages is the lack of a grid on the window, mosquitoes that flew in during the day also made it very difficult to sleep.
The audibility in the hotel is good, as in most similar hotels.
Breakfast is also an undoubted plus. They are paid, but delicious. Of the 4 proposed options, we managed to evaluate 3 - we liked them. But the restaurant staff - some are unfriendly, which also spoiled the impression. There was still not enough water cooler on the floor. To wash down the pill, I had to run to the reception for water.

A wonderful hotel!!! We lived in an attic room, very cozy, clean, air conditioning, towel was changed every other day. Friendly staff. Good, free parking. The center is not far away, the bus stop is nearby. We walked about 5 km to the Brest Fortress. If you manage to come to the wonderful city of Brest again, we will be happy to return to the Silver Thaler. Thank you so much for our stay.

-With a height of 195 cm, it is absolutely inconvenient to wash because the mirror is located very low in the bathroom , moreover, with a height of 178 cm, this problem is also present;
- the shower stall is narrow for my height;
-it stinks of sewage in the combined bathroom;
-a large bed, it is essentially two combined single beds and it is impossible to lie in the middle of the bed, a piece of wood separating the mattresses is very felt.

I liked the hotel itself - good rooms with an interesting interior, a bathroom without complaints, excellent hearty and delicious breakfasts with a selection of pre-ordered dishes. I would especially like to mention the waitresses, who are dressed in uniforms and very helpful, trying to help visitors. but! There was no hot water for two days and I had to check myself for cold resistance in the shower! Next time we will look for another hotel.

Excellent hotel, clean, cozy. Not far from the center (at least by car)). Private parking.
Excellent staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Delicious breakfasts. For dinner, it is better to book a table in advance - a popular place.

We stayed in a suite for 2 nights. The staff is hospitable, always in touch if you have any questions!Convenient parking!The interior of the room is for an amateur!Personally, we didn't have enough:
- there was no kettle in the room, I had to go down to the cooler on the floor below;
-on the sofa in the unfolded form (as an additionallocation) it is not very comfortable to sleep, my back ached in the morning;
- for some reason there is no curtain in the bathroom;
-toilet paper is the cheapest;
- there was no hair dryer in the room either (you need to ask at the reception);
-for some reason, the specified "laundry" service was not available;
- there is no passenger elevator, but there is a small cargo one, you can at least ask for suitcases to be lifted to the floor, by the way, the elevator is next to the room, you can hear it through the wall when it is turned on!
Otherwise, no complaints.

On the other hand, the disco until 23:00 on the ground floor of the restaurant with loud music did not allow you to go to bed early before a long trip the next day. Also, the audibility is good because of the door between the two rooms and the noisy neighbor. All this did not allow for a full rest. I do not recommend it for a transit overnight stay

An excellent hotel, we lived in a suite, of course it takes 30 minutes to walk from the center, but there is a bus stop nearby, you can get there. The hotel room is very beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and tidy everywhere. The garbage was taken out every day, the linen was asked to be changed, changed without talking. There is a restaurant downstairs, when we were walking in the restaurant, the music reached the room, but it did not bother us at all. There were very pleasant receptionists at the reception, taking care of the comfort of the guests, but without being intrusive. The only thing I didn't like was the bathrobes in the bathroom, they were too short for both my husband and me. My husband is tall, but I'm not tall or fat, and anyway the robe was very short and barely came together. It would be better without them at all. And so I recommend the hotel, who will be in Brest, come by, I think you will have a good rest and you will like the hotel.

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms. This is the best place in Brest to stay. The staff here is so polite and wonderful (they even helped solve our problem at night) that Minsk should learn.
Very tasty cuisine in the restaurant. The most delicious salad with warm eggplant and meat medallions (the sauce is spicy, but insanely delicious) that I have ever tasted.
Jazz is played at breakfast in the morning 💕
P. S. I rarely write rave reviews, but here it's just the level of service at the highest level. Highly RECOMMENDED

The hotel is not in the center, but it was not a problem, because we visited the main attraction - the Brest Fortress before arriving at the hotel. We didn't see any point in staying in the center, the overpayment is 3 times. There is a parking lot - it is important to us that we are on the car. The room was a suite, with a huge bathroom for 2 people, everything is comfortable, a hairdryer and an ironing board were provided upon request. The room is large, the interior is for an amateur, but spacious and clean, leather upholstered furniture. It was very nice to receive a gift from the hotel for Easter cake. The girls at the reception are adorable).

Гостиница довольно добротная, внутри всё чисто, свежо, доброжелательно.
Номер нам достался первый. У него есть один значительный минус. Мимо него проходят вообще все, кто идёт в гостиницу или из неё. Сам номер отличный. Но при отсутствии дополнительной двери в спальню слышимость коридора ого-го.
В остальном хочется отметить хорошую воду и ванную комнату. Отсутствие шторки никак не мешает. Сантехника хорошая.
Двуспальная кровать состоит из двух матрасов, два одеяла.
Заказ еды в номер хорош только для одного. На двоих уже разместиться сложно (стол только письменный, а из сидячих мест один стул и банкетка).
Своя парковка позволит спокойно разместить машину прям у входа.
Общие впечатления от гостиницы остались хорошие. Серебряный Талер однозначно стоит рассматривать в качестве варианта для размещения в Бресте. Плюс гостиничный ресторан выше всяких похвал

Хороший отель с отличной ценой за номер. В номере очень чисто. Кровать удобная, есть розетки рядом. Есть столик, который можно использовать как рабочий или для завтраков. В прихожей небольшой холодильник и довольно вместительный шкаф.
В ванной гель, шампунь, шапочки для душа.
Есть тапочки.
За 15 рублей можно заказать завтрак, его принесут в номер к оговоренному времени.
Девушки администраторы очень приветливые!
У отеля охраняемая стоянка, за свой транспорт можно не волноваться.
При отеле есть ресторан, работает до полуночи. Иногда может быть слышно музыку из него, но не критично, спать не мешало.
Ещё во время нашего проживания была проблема с водой, но её оперативно решили.

A decent hotel, there is Parking, you can order breakfast. But if you go to bed at 10, then you will be disappointed. The pub downstairs is open until midnight and if there is a party, you will not be allowed to sleep. Parking may also be occupied in the evening when guests arrive at the pub, but the parking guard can help and tell when the place will be vacated and it will be possible to stop the car. It's a long way from the center, about 30 minutes on foot.

I recommend it, this place has a lot of advantages: clean and in its own way, cozy rooms, a very good restaurant, there is also a pub. The restaurant has a good selection on the menu, the price tag is not too high, in comparison, for example, with Moscow restaurants. Polite waiters, serving in white gloves, will prompt you on the choice of dishes. The pub, unfortunately, could not be visited, but according to the general situation in the hotel and restaurant, I assume that the place is also worthy. This place is suitable for both tourists and business trips to Brest.
The city center is quite remote - on foot 30-40 minutes, by taxi - 10 minutes.

The hotel is not bad, but there is one big disadvantage. If you suddenly left it and decided to return, then it is not a fact that you will get back without obstacles.
We left the hotel in the morning, but having forgotten some things, we returned, started ringing the doorbell (do not enter freely!), but no one answered us. So we stood under the door for half an hour, until they finally opened it for us. It turned out that the staff was serving breakfast, and there was no one to open the doors. We were very nervous, it's good that we didn't miss our train.

We stopped here for the night, go to bed at 22:00, get up early. It's 23:55 now, but we can't sleep!!! Because the music is screaming, the guests of the restaurant on the 1st floor are screaming. All this is so loud that even super fatigue does not help you fall asleep. If you want to sleep, you won't be able to do it here. They can't solve the problem. At first, the reception said that the party was until 23:00, but the time is almost 00:00, and everything continues in the same spirit. It's a shame. To gather now and look for new housing in a strange city in the middle of the night (we booked this in advance), well, it's just game. I've never seen anything like this before.

Из плюсов, очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, номер чистый, постельное белье и полотенца свежие, если ночевать не в семейном номере, то в принципе должно быть все ок.
Из минусов, шум от технического лифта, который работал с часу ночи, так как в это время закончился банкет. Так же из-за этого банкета нам не удалось поужинать, не было мест... хотя при бронировании сказали, что кухня работает до 23 и мы сможем- таки поесть.
Если вы путешествует и вам важно лечь не в 2 ночи , чтобы пораньше проснуться, то можно закрыть глаза на лифт, в любом другом случае не соглашаетесь на этот номер. Считаю, что управляющие отелем должны предлагать скидку за проживание в этом номере, а администраторы при заселении обязательно предупреждать отдыхающих об этом шуме. Так что снимаю звезду за несостоявшийся ужин и вторую за ночной шум

The bed linen is snow-white, without stains and defects. The glasses are polished. The floor is quiet. The guests do not interfere with each other. Silence... But one thing... I'm used to sleeping on a hard mattress, and the hotel was soft, but it didn't spoil the impression. Thank you very much for the wonderful work!

Оценка на пять с минусом. Плюсы: тихий район города, до местного "Арбата" (пешеходно-прогулочная ул. Советская) всего 25 минут пешком, своя охраняемая парковка, уютный холл, большие чистые комнаты с гардеробом, просторным санузлом. Ценник на кушанья в ресторане немного завышен; если вы любитель малого употребления соли, то предупредите персонал, чтоб поменьше солили, так как , на наш взгляд, было пересолено. Единственный минус- нет лифта, а значит, что с малышами/колясками или пожилым неспортивным людям придется попыхтеть. Отдельное "дзякуй" вежливым , отзывчивым, информативным девушкам-хостесс на ресепшен.

I didn't like it. A room for three of 1 small room. The attic floor is like a cage. The bed creaks terribly, I can't move. There is only one chair...
the reception desk is not conveniently located on the 2nd floor, which for some reason is considered the first... There is no elevator, there are no ramps, it is a below average pleasure to carry all the luggage up the stairs...
There is no buffet, the service is long, they did not wait for coffee, although the twilight was organized...
Carpets in the corridors and paintings on the walls did not improve the impression.
I do not recommend it!

The hotel is not bad in principle. The room is almost clean (the carpet is light and stains are visible on it, there was an extended eyelash on the sheet in the bed, and the torn duvet cover was especially surprised), the bed is soft, clean and bright bathroom. The second course of breakfast had to wait about 35 minutes (apparently the staff was not ready to receive a large number of guests, although they knew about it in advance).

Мое пребывание в этом отеле было просто великолепным. Номер, который мне был предоставлен, был просторным, уютным и имел все необходимые удобства. В номере была удобная кровать,тапочки,телевизор, бесплатный Wi-Fi. В ванной комнате были предоставлены все необходимые принадлежности.
Обслуживание в Талере было высококачественным и профессиональным. Сотрудники были очень дружелюбными и готовыми помочь в любых вопросах.Еще к слову на администрацие работает очень вежливая и добрая девушка - Виктория.
Расположение гостиницы также было отличным. Она находится не долеко от вокзала, 6-8 минут ехать на машине или 15-20 пешком, в пяти минутах от отеля находится продуктовый магазин Fix price и евроопт, также не по долеку есть шиномонтаж, к слову на территории отеля есть своя парковка и ресторан на первом этаже отеля.
Я бы определенно рекомендовал гостиницу "Серебряный талер" всем, кто ищет комфортное и уютное место для проживания во время путешествия или деловой поездки.

To be honest, I expected more... Let's start with the appearance - it's beautiful here, there's nothing you can do. Inside, the staff is friendly and it's nice. They put me in room 3. And here's the attention)) Don't repeat my mistake. The room is adjacent to number 4. Therefore, the door separating the rooms is the most important conductor of sound. There is no point in describing further the stay in the room, because everything becomes clear anyway. Plus, karaoke is yelling nearby late at night (this is on Thursday, mind you). Therefore, it will not be difficult for you to learn the lyrics of popular songs. The room itself is quite simple, the plumbing is working, shampoos, gels, towels are available. By the way, Wi-Fi is dead in the hotel from the word at all. Access to the hotel rooms is carried out with simple keys, although nowadays chip cards are already practiced in the order of things. Well, such comebacks are 10-15 years old... Then there are breakfasts and a restaurant. There are no questions about nutrition - it is quite inexpensive and cooked edible. The restaurant itself, with its interior in dim light (semi-darkness), resembles the establishments of the early 2000s. In general, it did not go down... I am attaching a photo of the hotel room.
