Gorgeous!!! Very stylish in the corridors, Stunningly beautiful in the restaurant. Breakfast, service, everything is at the highest level!!! The staff is perfect! Polite, tactful, the waiters in gloves, in uniform. Everything is as beautiful as in a palace!

We were vacationing in Brest with family and friends, we wanted to have a delicious meal, and of the dozens of establishments that we called, this was the only one where tables were available, and it was not surprising. The service leaves much to be desired-we stood at the entrance for 5-7 minutes, no one met us, it is impossible to hand over things to the wardrobe without an employee of the restaurant, and we also need to find out which table is reserved for our company. Since we had a large company, we were able to accommodate 2 tables, which is fine in principle, but one table was fully served, and the second was not served until almost the time the dishes were taken out. The menu is not very extensive, which suggests that the dishes should be delicious, but they are not. Among other things, the waitress initially said that the waiting time for dishes was about 40 minutes, however, more than half of the dishes were waiting from one hour to 1.5 hours. Now let's take a closer look at the dishes. The five of us were sitting, and after an hour we took out all the dishes, but not one for two of us-not quite right, in my opinion. We ordered a hodgepodge, it was really good, the cheese plate and the fish plate were also quite good. We also ordered steak with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes, a rare horror. The meat is not cut, tough, rubbery, plus everything was salted, all three people. My friends also ordered a pork dish, which was a little better. Also in our selection were draniki with a machanka. Instead of the usual pancakes, they brought pancakes fried in a pan from potatoes ground with a blender (like pancakes made from mashed potatoes). Tar-tar was not salty in everything. There were parents and a child at the next table, so the child waited for his "unfortunate" nuggets for more than an hour. My parents ordered the same steak and the same pork dish. According to them, the ordered meat plate was not bad. Everything would be fine, but the waiting time is simply killing, and there is no one really in the hall, no one really says anything, the dishes promised "in 5 minutes" were taken out in about 30 minutes. Why it was initially said that the waiting time was 40 minutes, and not 1.5 hours, is unclear. We're tired, hungry, and it would be better to go to fast food.
The overall impression of this institution is not at all joyful. The restaurant is located at the hotel, so even if there are 10 more people in the hall, as was the case with us, you will be waiting for food for a very, very long time. Guests should not suffer through the fault of the owners of the establishments.

The staff is very pleasant. Various and unusual dishes. I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the interior of the hotel very much. Tables and sofas on the street are also an undoubted plus. I am glad that there is such an institution in Brest.
