Terrible company!!!
1. The hotel was located in the city of Ede, which is 80 km from Amsterdam, although according to the conditions in Kiev, it was promised to stay two days in Amsterdam and settle there
2. On the way back, instead of a hotel of at least 3 stars (as promised), they settled in a terrible HOSTEL.
3. An excursion to Krakow planned under the contract was canceled for the reason, I quote: "If we stop in Krakow, they say we will stand at customs for a very long time, because there will be a lot of buses," but on in fact, the guide was probably just rushing home to Lviv to celebrate Easter.
4. There was not a single bus at customs, but we stood for more than an hour anyway, for the reason that the Silver-tour company did not bother to check with two tourists from the group whether they had a visa for the required dates (or they themselves incorrectly opened their visa), which is why people were deported (they have a visa it ended a day earlier), and the whole group of about 50 people waited for an hour and a half (at the Polish border) while the border guards dealt with them.
