I'm calling the call center. I get excuses and protection of the courier's position. For them, it turns out to be the norm to arrive without calling in advance. For them, the norm is to say that they will arrive today and it turns out that customers have to be at home all day waiting for a call from the courier to get water.
It turns out that I need water more than I do as a customer to them?
