I bought a lifting mechanism for the bed. They showed everything, gave it to try on, wrote out a check, but the payment is only in cash. They are quite far from Minsk, you can't find them without a navigator, you can't get there without a car. Opening hours are from 9 to 17 on weekdays only. It is clear that they work with legal entities and large parties, but I would like at least one pick-up point in the city.
On August 3, we ordered the legs for the bed. The cost of 10p delivery (!!!) According to His Majesty the courier, DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY is NOT INCLUDED in Minsk!That is, I will tell you more - Mr. courier did not even deign to get out of the car!when my pregnant wife was paying him, coins were dropped during the transfer, to which the courier said, "I'll leave now and you pick it up."
I can't judge the whole organization, but at least the courier needs to be changed!
