I discovered this salon not very long ago. I go to get a haircut and coloring done by master Tamara. Before that, I was with many craftsmen in the city, but no one could do what I want with my hair. The overall impression is a three. I was there once. From the good news: you can sign up online, the master fell ill on the day of my visit, but they found a replacement almost immediately and the recording time did not change. You can pay with a card.
From the unpleasant: the master who replaced her did not introduce herself, was poorly oriented in the salon, asked other masters, they suggested reluctantly, the master next door swore obscenities, this is very, very repulsive. The quality of the coating after a week 👎👎👎, there is a very thick layer of material on the hands, it is already lagging at the edges, near the cuticle the edge of the coating looks terrible, it clings to everything. Pedicure more or less looks better, but foot treatment is also so-so. The pedicure master did it with one glove, which seems very strange to me.
I didn't like the interior of the salon, it's dark, it's just a huge space, you're in full view, especially the pedicure chair, like a throne, in the center, no privacy.
In general, thanks for the good moments and experience, but I don't plan to come back anymore.

By the way, there were no complaints about the pedicure from the first visit to the master (I will not specifically name her, she recognizes herself and that's enough)! Before her, there were masters who did mediocre work every time, but she was actually a fire. It is a pity that there was not enough education for mastery :)

I have been a client of this salon since its opening. I go for a pedicure. I've been to many masters and never thought about who to get to, because I used to like everyone. It was clean, friendly, and friendly.
Since the summer of this year, everything has changed. Now I am greeted by a dirty armchair (with sawdust of other people's nails, already twice in a row!!!), the lack of antiseptic treatment of feet and nails at the beginning of the pedicure, the indicator does not show on the kraft bag for sterilization, the masters are constantly distracted by the TV (which is behind them) and the phone, there is simply no one at the reception, in last time I went into an empty salon (a bell rings at the entrance when the door moves), stood at the reception desk - no one, although someone is sitting behind the screen, it's obvious, I came on time, not earlier, but they don't answer me, there are no masters, walked down the corridor to the utility rooms, there I met a dissatisfied the face of one of the registrars)).
Coffee and tea are no longer offered as before, but they persistently offer to buy nail oil, face mask, etc.
And most importantly, the quality of the pedicure is now at zero for most masters.
I found out that the salon was sold just at the beginning of the summer, since then everything has changed.
I don't advise anyone.

I was at the coloring of the roots and toning the length of the hair from Tamara's master: before coloring, there was a consultation where the master clarified how and what I want, where I told how I want and shared the numbers of the colors with which the hair was previously dyed. Today, before coloring, they showed me a palette so that I could show the color that was previously painted - it was 8.21. In the end, anyway, the master made me darker in tone and when I clarified in the chair, is this exactly the eighth level? The answer was yes. But I asked to write down the formula for me and the formula indicates 7+ 6 tone level. Why do this?? When there are specific wishes of the client?!

On January 20, I decided to update the tips. Tamara got to the master. They washed me with cold water because the boiler was broken. But waiting for it to heat up or warm the water was too difficult a task, even though I said several times that the water was cold. She asked me to cut my hair minimally and shorten it a little around my face. As a result, they cut my hair like a ladder, even though there was no question of it. There was almost no hair left, they cut off 8 cm exactly and left a terrible ponytail behind. I'm terribly upset and I can't recommend this master.

Today I visited the Tit salon for the first time. An atmospheric place, an oasis among the stone jungle)) The master hairdresser Marina is a very careful and attentive master. She did everything exactly what I asked, gave advice on hair care in winter and summer. My hair is dyed in other hairdressers, when combing after washing, it hurt, but everything went perfectly here. I am very happy!
Massage master Zhanna.. a fragile girl with a strong grip. She easily kneaded my problem areas in the neck and collar area. The back massage lasted almost an hour and it was great!
Manicures and pedicures were done in four hands by the sorceresses Angelica and Julia.

I decided for myself that I would use the services of this salon, despite the high cost in comparison with ordinary hairdressers. But today, by appointment, Julia came for a haircut to the "master", who is not satisfied with the length of the haircut I want, the hair is "not fresh", which was washed the night before, my "super" (as she put it) necklace. Before this "super-skilled woman" repeatedly used the hairdressing services of this salon, excellent craftsmen, fulfilled all requests and wishes without any complaints, there were no complaints about the quality. Apparently, this "master" is not satisfied with a lot of work, if she presents a lot of claims to the client from the threshold, and the clients themselves do not suit her, and everything hinders her. Naturally, I refused the services of such a master. I gave the star only to the administrator. Somehow I don't want to use the services of this salon, where such "masters" work.

As for the masters, I was probably unlucky, the first time Kristina did a manicure - quickly, neatly, well done, but as for the quality of the materials they work with, leaves much to be desired. A week later, the gel polish began to peel off and as such there was no shine to the nails.
The second time I did the lamination of eyelashes, the result is the same before and after.
The third time I came to Anna for a manicure, not only did I have to wait half an hour for her to be free (at least the administrator called and warned me that you would come half an hour later, there would be no questions!!!!), so the master worked very slowly, she kept within 2 hours, just because the administrator was adjusting, again there was no mirror shine, although it was stipulated.
as a result, the manicure pulls max to 4 stars there are flaws.
When recording, I made a note that I needed a French, so I had to leave with a monotone, because I was recorded at 18.00, they started doing it at 18.30 and the master said that we would not have time to make a French, they work until 20.00.

I'll start from the beginning, at the entrance, the receptionist greeted me warmly, offered to take off her outerwear, offered to sit down and said that my master would come for me. A couple of minutes later, a girl in uniform (gray shirt and pants) invited me to her workplace. The chair is comfortable, there is a table for a bag, it is convenient to put your feet on metal crossbars. In general, I came for a two-phase treatment and styling. The master invited me ‘to the sink’) and refused to apply funds to the hair. I note that the washing chair) is extremely uncomfortable for a long wait: the feet do not touch the ground, hang at an uncomfortable angle and after 3-4 minutes begin to go numb ...🥴 . And I had to lie in it for 15 minutes! I must say right away that I did not feel any effect from the procedure..🙄 After the master began to dry my hair (constantly tugged🫤). The situation is saved only by admins. The girl brought me coffee with a Marsinka candy. Coffee in a disposable cup 🤔 ... And offered coffee or tea by myself when calculating! That's great! But the coffee is not very good, to be honest. I ordered Americano. Maybe other drinks are better to taste.
