Hello, I want to say that this is a very, very good medical center for testing, everything is happening at the highest level.
I personally have complaints about the company itself, which does not provide timely information to its call centers. I called yesterday to find out if it was possible to take a covid test (so as not to go to waste, since the competitors no longer have any tests left), and they replied that it could be done at any of the centers. I come in this morning and they tell me that no covid test can be done. Please fix the situation!

They took a blood test from a vein from their daughter for 3 years on 02/18/2024 at 9.21 a.m. The nurse who took the test used a thick needle. The child was in great pain. When I asked why the needle was so thick, the answer was: "It makes the blood flow better." Before that, my daughter was tested at the Sinlab on Umanskaya and my daughter did not even pay attention to the fact that she was tested.
After visiting the Sinlab on Prytytsky, my daughter had a fear of taking blood from a vein and generally visiting doctors.
