Despite the quality of service on "4", I put 5 stars. Assortment, discounts, sizes, budget prices, regular updating of seasonal goods more than compensates for the shortcomings of service.

By chance, it turned out that the lid flew off the candle and shattered.
There was a seller nearby who just started shouting and "congratulating me on the purchase", despite the fact that I did not refuse to buy, although it was not my fault that the lid broke.
At the checkout I asked for a complaint book, after payment, they refused to give it to me, offering to return the candle back or make a discount. But the complaint book was never given. And this aunt (there is no other way to call it) spoiled the mood and brought that her hands began to shake.

I didn't like the fact that the dress was all smeared with deodorant, apparently someone was measuring it and the sellers had nothing to do with it!
