The place is beautiful, for the location two stars.
The service is very low level. The waiter does not answer questions, does not recommend, just accepts the order with a very pretentious look.
The prices are twice as high as the famous Pandok, so you expect a high level of service, but you get a very strange serving with ugly dishes, and small portions.
There are a lot of places in Yerevan with much better services and delicious food. I do not recommend visiting
We wanted to celebrate a birthday, the place turned out to have terrible service. The waiters didn 't pay attention to us. When the waiter came up to take the order, he started rolling his eyes. After 7 attempts to attract the waiter's attention, they decided to close the account and go to another place. I don't recommend this place to anyone if you don't want to spoil your mood
An institution after which I was very impressed. Not only can the waiters not help with the choice, they don't talk at all. And from serving the dishes, I was generally shocked: a chicken kebab meant a chicken of tobacco??
I can only put a star for the interior..
A complete disappointment!!!!We have been to many very cool restaurants in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Tbilisi and Yerevan, but we have not encountered such lawlessness anywhere! To charge customers a separate fee for entering the restaurant-50.0000 AMD for two, which is not included in the deposit of restaurant expenses!!!It's just stupid money for entering a restaurant! And the payment for everything else is a separate check!!Whatever's wrong with you!!!!!
So-so, I didn't really like it, a lot of noise, the restaurant looks like a dining room, and the food is not so good. The only thing that was interesting was the restaurant in the style of the Soviet era, the songs of the 80s sound, the serving, the fittings are all in this style. The prices are quite high
Sensational cafe. Organization of artificial excitement at the highest level.
They called to book a table, said there were no seats. After 5-7 minutes we got to the restaurant, there were a lot of empty tables)
The menu is good, varied, the cuisine is really very tasty, the cocktails were also very much liked.
But)
Having found a hair in a loaf of bread, I did not hear an apology or a suggestion to solve the problem. We were only able to remove this bread. And to say that the bread is not baked by the restaurant, they order it elsewhere. Excuses are taken into account, approx.
But they didn't forget to add it in the bill 🤣
Come here for a maximum of coffee, gentlemen.
On January 07, I came to breakfast with my family, The whole day was ruined, because breakfast is the beginning of the day, and we wanted to spend it in Sirelis…We waited for our order for more than 30 minutes, fried eggs with tomatoes were cooked as a haute cuisine dish, for a very long time, and they brought it barely warm, there was a hair in the glass, there was a hair in the plate ((which is unacceptable for an institution of this level, Part of the order was not brought at all ((when I turned to the manager, he became to argue with me instead of apologizing and fixing everything. In a restaurant of this level, they had to fix everything, and make a compliment, in the form of a discount.Naturally, we paid the bill in full, although we could have challenged their disgusting breakfast and not paid!
One thing is clear, we will never sit down again, and we will dissuade our friends from visiting this restaurant((((
Sincerely, Liana Simonyan.
A chic, atmospheric place!
Vibe of the 80s of Armenia, straight notalji.
Interesting author's cocktails, and the cuisine is delicious!
In a word, I advise you!
Insanely delicious pretentious inexpensive
A great selection of wines
The service is very professional, there are not enough hostesses adequate, there are plenty of places and everything is occupied
The most elegant place in Yerevan 😍
the food is very tasty, I liked the fact that the music is live and only relaxing jazz.

DO NOT MARK IMPORTANT DATES IN THIS PLACE!!
We decided to celebrate a birthday in Sirelis. As a result, the holiday was ruined. Our waiter was in a bad mood, and he decided to spoil it for us. The waiter accepted the order after 20 minutes (we called him very loudly, drew attention to us on the 5th attempt). 0 of his attention was directed at us. When the bouquet was brought to me, I had to run after the waiter to put the bouquet in the water. When I asked him to be more attentive to us, he started arguing with me. Then the manager FINALLY came up and brought the menu to all the guests, after that we couldn't get through to the waiter for another hour (the one who passed by ignored us on principle). As a result, after eating snacks, I decided not to spoil my holiday completely, took my guests and took them to a normal place. Thank you Sirelis!
I don't understand the rave reviews:
1. The interior is beautiful. The atmosphere is strange. Very noisy
2. The menu in Russian and English is only for the wine list and cocktails. I asked the waiter for a light salad for dinner, they brought, attention, a roast beef roll, vegetables inside, seasoned with mayonnaise
3. The staff is not happy with the guests, zero friendliness, no dialogue. Hostesses communicate formally
4. Thanks to Alik. The man helping the guests in the wardrobe is the only decoration of the establishment. Sincere desire for help
It seems absurd, but now all the employees of our company boycotted this restaurant: they decided to have lunch there and when they came, they wouldn't let us in because there were "too many men".. ( there were five of us). At the same time, the restaurant was full of empty tables. Well, there are a lot of great restaurants around.
A rather pleasant place, it was presented to me as a place with a Soviet style, which is 100% wrong. The interior is closer to the Art Nouveau style. The kitchen is as simple and intuitive as possible. The service is good.
To open a restaurant with a claim to the top with a bunch of references to the USSR (midsenchuri interior, font design, photos of old Soviet Yerevan, nostalgic dishes on the menu, old Volga at the entrance), and to make a menu ONLY in Armenian is beyond the limit. And no, it's not Russophilia, we would be very happy to have the menu in English, but it's not there either. Especially when you find out in a minute that the staff does not speak Armenian. At the same time, everything could be corrected with a phrase like "sorry, our beautiful menus in English and Russian have not yet been printed, here you are temporarily on A4," but making guests feel so ridiculous is a clear indicator of a completely departed management. Hostesses are "photo models" who openly interfere with each other in a narrow dressing room – there, these are the nineties. To spoil the first impression about yourself - it turned out!
We decided to have breakfast at this institution, there was no reason for disappointment. Half of the dishes are missing, the waiter, a minute after receiving the order, returned and pointed out that the selected position was missing and so on three times in a row. I decided to write a bad review, after receiving the cheesecakes, they looked very good, but after the first "bite" it immediately became clear that they were raw, and it felt like there was sand in my mouth. The rest of the dishes that were in our order also tasted unpleasant. Oatmeal is normal, probably because it is impossible to spoil, maybe a little dry.
I do not recommend having breakfast in this place.
We were at this institution last weekend with my husband. The service was terribly long, we constantly had to call the waiters (apparently, the waiters had to work with customers in the hall - no one was warned). We got mixed up with cocktails, the food is tasteless and too simple. I ordered pancakes with caviar and lightly salted salmon and dumplings with cherries. If the first course did not make any impression, then the second course had to wait 25 minutes. What is the reason for such a service- we can only guess. I don't recommend it, it just sucks. For $60, the expectation is somehow higher than we got at the exit.
We were shocked by this place. Tandoor was brought instead of khachapuri, the veranda stank terribly, the service was at the bottom level.
Thank you for this unforgettable experience, I do not advise anyone.
I read the reviews first. And I was very worried that the service would not be very good. But from the first minute I walked in to the last minute, the service was top notch. The menu is in Russian. The food is very tasty. I was very glad to go to such a place and I will definitely return there already
The service is disgusting. They were sitting right in front of the waiters, but they constantly had to be caught, they just chatted with each other, not paying attention to the guests. The menu, the wine list, the bill - all had to wait for 10 minutes. The food is also so-so, I don't understand the rave reviews
We ate for 40,000 but remained hungry, there was no water in the toilet, the service was poor, there were no desserts, they didn't even give tea

Russian Russian is the menu, while Russian is not spoken on the phone at the time of booking. Either Armenian or crooked English. Russian Russian is not a problem for me, but if I, as a client, read the menu in Russian, called, and started a dialogue in Russian (and you clearly understood me), why this show? I am sure that you have 300 times more Russian-speaking guests than English-speaking ones. Apparently, business in Armenia still believes in a miracle that the restaurant business in the city has taken off in the last two years simply because of ingenious management decisions, and not because of the wave of emigration.
