The car is not cheap for 20 years. I did not write a complaint, there is no point, I had to check on the spot. They will find a lot of excuses, judging by the reviews

This is not the first time I have used the services of this car wash. There were no questions until yesterday. However, yesterday they did not wash well. When they started washing the windows and wiping them, I was shocked. They wiped it with a special cloth and paper, put the paper on the floor tile, on which there was sand after washing the car, then they took it again and continued to wipe the glass. As a result, deep scratches were formed. The glass is all stained. What was indicated to the master. The master began to eliminate the divorces. When asked what we would do with the scratches, he said that you had them. While we were discussing this topic with him, there was a strong wind and the sand that was on the aswalt covered my car. As a result of my discussion with him, he wanted to prove the opposite to me and decided to wipe the rear window with dry paper and look at the scratches. I've been completely blown up here, I've written a complaint. There is silence in response. Nerves are high.

23.07 I went to the vacuum cleaner and wiped the windows in this sink for the first time. Bottom line: the windows were not even touched, the mats were put anyhow, the interior was poorly cleaned. Moreover, the box was with the sign "special service". The employees themselves, apart from the person who counts at the end, are boorish. I do not recommend it.
