We went on vacation more than once with the CityBusBay company. In 2024, we went to Georgia. We were traveling with two families with children. The tour was organized at the highest level. We stayed in a guest house with 3 meals a day. We went on excursions from the hotel. The road was great, we really liked the transit hotel in Mtskheta, it had a swimming pool, which made us very happy. The drivers were Georgians and the accompanying Angela worked professionally on the road. Tea and coffee were available all the way. The rest turned out better than planned. I traveled with this company citibusbai on August 15 to Georgia by bus. From the outside it seems that everything is not bad, but in fact it's just terrible! I do not recommend this agency to anyone, I have never seen such an unorganized, ill-thought-out tour!
Just before departure, the exit point, the bus number and the bus itself were changed. As a result, we went generally with some other company, which had one guide for two buses. The guide from our company was engaged in the group from the word at all! Not a single notification about where the stop will be, when and how.
The bus was an old MAN. As we were told by the DELIVERY TRUCK! The transfer to the new Neoplan was supposed to be in the city of Orel (Russia) at 9-11 pm. As a result, of course, everything did not go smoothly. The neoplan was of course stuck somewhere and the transfer was in the middle of the night! In some obscure city , at some terrible gas station that didn't even have a toilet. A night on the bus is hard enough as it is. And with a transfer at 4 a.m. in an open area, where everyone is frozen to the skin, it's even worse! It was written in the contract that the transit hotel would be in Voronezh. It takes a day to get to Voronezh from Minsk. As a result, the transit hotel was in some kind of Innocent Search… Which is a day +day drive away.
On the way, such situations happen, from the category of a sanitary stop just in a cornfield ... because there are no toilets nearby. Although it was possible to adjust the road and stops so that the whole bus would not stop in the field. Moreover, we were traveling by two buses. That is, there were queues of 100 people to the toilet at each stop. It's not the first time I've been to Georgia and I know how it can be and how well the road can go. I wish this travel agency strives for the best level, and believe me, there is a lot to strive for! The road back and forth at the border was at night. That is, you drive at night , and you cross the border in the middle of the night. After the border, there are very beautiful views of the mountains along the Georgian military road. Of course, we didn't see anything of this, since it was all at night. There are also many beautiful viewing platforms on the way to Tbilisi, initially they promised that we would stop there, but of course not. We were supposed to be in Tbilisi at 7 p.m. with an excursion (as a gift from a travel agency) . We arrived in Tbilisi at one o'clock in the morning. Everyone who was tired after the border dragged us on an excursion anyway…
I repeat that I do not recommend this company to anyone. The trip was terrible. I only had a bus from this company, I booked the hotel myself. And I am very glad, because the rest of the rest was not spoiled. I will not be lazy to come and write it all in the office in the book of complaints and suggestions.

I went with them to Georgia for 3 days, I was waiting for a good comfortable bus, as a result, the air conditioner was not fixed, as soon as we got on the bus, it was very difficult to get there, it broke down 2 times on the road. I turned to them to fix the collector, as a result.. To return home, the air conditioner was not fixed, the cold in front was such that blankets did not help, the heat in the back, the drivers could not adjust so that passengers would feel comfortable. I got sick and so did the baby. I made a claim to Zenovich V. A., the director of this company, I received a rude answer that you do not need to go if you have health problems (it was their fault that I got sick because it was very cold), then I asked her to send me an answer with a seal, she replied that I did not do anything to you You don't have to, and you're not a client of my firm. Director Valentina promises a lot, but as soon as she left, she abruptly forgot everything (about the discount, seating on the bus, about accommodation), it's a complete lie. Accompanying Irina is a continuation of her director's lies, an intriguer, behaves inappropriately in dialogue, carries some idiotic information all the way. I didn't check my documents when boarding. She is completely unprofessional in passing customs control, passes first and hides from obligations. He makes stops at will, where the accompanying people are fed free of charge. The bus is old, it broke down several times, and the air conditioner is also not in working condition. When the bus finally broke down, we stood in the field for 6 hours: without food, without water, without basic hygiene conditions. At the insistence of the passengers, another bus was called and transported us to the city for the night, we checked in at 3 a.m. and checked out at 9 a.m. And until 20.00 the whole bus is 48 people (children, pensioners) We stood outside with our suitcases, hungry and cold. The escort was at the hotel at the time, in her room. Upon arrival in Georgia, she dropped 23 people off the bus in Kobuleti, without settling anyone, quickly left. On the way back, they settled into unmade hotel rooms, where they did not even change the bed linen.
