We contacted them to repair a working computer. The guy Timur is a jack of all trades and helped me very much to quickly fix the breakdown and explain everything to the sysadmin, manager Madina is also a very competent specialist and responsive. I got into the problem with the closing documents and went to meet them. We discussed further actions with her and parted ways. But the general manager, in the person of a woman who did not dare to introduce herself, is just disgusting. She did not let me finish, interrupted and began to accuse me of the lack of documents, which I just wanted to discuss with her. She told me that we were all so disinterested and unresponsive. This is despite the fact that we are contacting her as customers who made the payment on the same day, provided a payment document. Apparently, she is used to taking everything with impudence and aggression. She also threatened to punish employees for non-compliance with bureaucracy. That is, to punish them for doing their job well and providing good service? One person spoils all the work of people who work hard. I wasn't going to let them down, and I'm going to give my company the docks, too. But to apply again - alas, no.
