How difficult it is sometimes to make the right choice. On the one hand, everyone who has already been to Thailand strongly recommended visiting the MahaNakhon Hotel with its stunning glass and concrete observation deck, on the other hand, they also warned - to enjoy the magnificent views of Bangkok, you should be lucky with the weather and preferably not be afraid of heights. The weather on this day was promised to be "watchable", but I have a difficult relationship with altitude. I'm fine with flying, but when you stand on the edge of a cliff or go out on the balcony of the twentieth floor, your hands get treacherously cold. The choice helped to make the case on the way from another "cult" place (elephant village). Our bus got into a traffic jam and people began to grumble, the Thai driver asked the Russian-speaking guide what the passengers were dissatisfied with. She explained that tourists are afraid to be late for the evening program. His answer, in the form of a question, was simple and ingenious - "but isn't the fact that they are now afraid of being late, the traffic jam will become less and the bus will go faster?" Here is a "sabai - sabai" in Thai (relax, let go of anxiety and realize how lucky you are in this life). As a result, the observation deck on the 74th floor of a 78-storey skyscraper "went with a bang", enjoyed the beautiful views of the city, had a leisurely lunch at an altitude of 313 meters and took pictures standing, sitting and even reclining on the glass floor. At home, in Krasnoyarsk, when I was reviewing the photos, my hands got a little cold again, apparently sabai - sabai works only at home, in Thailand)))

We have been to Bangkok more than once, but have not visited this building.
Twice we were taken to the Bike tower.
This time we visited MahaNakhon. A gorgeous place.
Both for personal photos and for viewing.
I must say right away - you can get to the tower yourself.
There is a skytrain station right in front of the entrance.
Inside there is a ticket office on the ground floor, a ticket has been taken and you will be directed where necessary.
And you'll see for yourself there.
The room stock is old, but tolerable, but the worst thing is the noise from transport. It is very, very noisy from the road, especially felt in the early morning. The photo shows a partial photo from another Mahanakon hotel.
