A wonderful hotel!
The rooms are cozy and clean, the receptionists are very friendly guys, ready to help with any question, the cleaning is excellent.
Breakfast on the roof of the hotel overlooking the sea.
The buffet is very tasty and there is a large selection of dishes. Prosperity to the hotel and good guests.

A very nice hotel, I was with my grandchildren for the New Year 2025. The staff is responsive, all questions are answered quickly. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day.There was a buffet for breakfast, and a la carte order for dinner.I advise you to choose this particular hotel.

Great place!Breakfasts for 5+.Coffee with a view of the Bosphorus, old Constantinople...(It's worth it)!!!But the number (maybe only we got one)at first there was no heating, then they brought a fan heater (it was a small plastic device), which stopped working in the third minute, then by some miracle the air conditioner turned on the heat and it felt good!!!)))
The reception staff understands Russian perfectly, which is good, and it's a 15-minute walk to St. Sophia Cathedral.I recommend.

The hotel does not meet its 4 stars in any way. One of the advantages is a good location, a quiet chic area, a lot of inexpensive cafes around where you can eat for 1500-2000 rubles for 4 people. The bed linen was changed every day, soap and gels were also brought every day.there were no bathrobes in the room, they were brought after the request, but periodically they disappeared like towels , they were asked to return them. Breakfasts for 3 , the same thing , sausage of 2 types and you can read a newspaper through it , even cats did not eat it . Sausages were cut into 1 cm , cheese from a more or less understandable one , and an omelet that quickly ran out . The rest is some kind of their spread . Lots of different olives , fruits , vegetables , different hot drinks , 5k for desserts ! Especially the honeycomb . We had a family room , they gave it on the 2nd floor with a view of some kind of landfill , everything is fine, but the ceilings!!! The husband is 182cm tall , the openings are 165cm ! My husband broke his whole forehead , they refused to change the number .and the shame for the hotel is the lunch box. When we checked out , we found out at 7.10 am we were not allowed to have breakfast earlier ( in other hotels they did not bring a big breakfast to the room if they left earlier ) but simply gave us a small sandwich , I asked for a bottle of water at least , but they did not give it . This is despite the fact that breakfast was paid for 4x! It 's just a shame ! Another of the advantages is the metro station 250 meters from the hotel, the exchanger opposite is right at an average price and around the area of cheap wholesale markets, where we walked and bought a lot of cheap but good quality things (for example, jeans 900p, we have the same on Viber 3500. It is a very noisy street, we do not recommend restaurants near the hotel, it is not tasty and expensive. On the first day, I came across a bad room (there was no window with daylight, and the only window in the room went into the ventilation shaft), which was changed at our request. The breakfasts are Swedish, everything is very tasty and quite varied. The view from the restaurant is good, it's a pleasure to have breakfast. The sound insulation in the rooms is not very good, everything is audible, as if the walls are made of cardboard. We were knocked on the wall because of the TV, which was working quite quietly. The SPA was not used, there is no pool. As a base after a whole day of sightseeing and the city, it's great, but you don't need to expect any special buzz from staying at the hotel. A good option for your money. I'll give you an A because of the staff, they're great.

Nice hotel in Sultanahmet within walking distance from the main attractions. The renovation is relatively fresh. The room was standard on the penultimate floor, above only the restaurant. The room is small, but everyone is like that in this area), there was a little smell of sewage from the bath, but if you open the window and close the door to the bathroom, then it's normal. They did not complain. They only came to sleep. The breakfasts are normal, buffet style.

Cozy hotel
Nice veranda on the roof.
The air conditioner in the room died, the room was immediately changed upon request and everything was OK.
They cook well (not ideal - spoiled Muscovites will not be surprised, but considering how it is done in the district in the old city, it is generally excellent)

Nice hotel in the historical center of Istanbul. Excellent location + a great breakfast with a stunning panorama. The hotel itself is a 7-storey building with an elevator, on the ground floor there is a spa area. The lobby of the hotel is very beautiful, very pleasant staff meet at the reception, there are Russian speakers. We were settled very quickly, even before the scheduled time. And now about the room itself, the room with the child was given a large enough one with a loggia where two sofas stand, beautifully decorated and cozy enough. There is a kettle with accessories, a small refrigerator. The shower room has all the necessary accessories and a hairdryer. Everything is clean and tidy. On the top floor of the hotel there is a terrace and a cafe with a beautiful panoramic view of the Marmara Sea. That's where the breakfasts are held. Breakfast is a buffet, the choice is very large, you will definitely not stay hungry. Everything is delicious and fresh. A large selection of flour, fruits, cheeses and sausages, you can order scrambled eggs. The waiters and chefs are very friendly. In the evenings, if you are too lazy to go and look for a place to have dinner, you can go up to the hotel restaurant and spend a pleasant evening. The hotel meets the stated 4 stars.

Good location of the hotel. Close to all the main attractions of Istanbul. Friendly and helpful staff. We went to a meeting and picked up a hotel room without prior reservation. Delicious varied breakfasts on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Marmara Sea. The room itself is small, clean, and has all hygiene supplies except a dental kit. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel.

My last visit to the hotel turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. From the very first minutes of our stay, it became clear that the conditions here are far from ideal. The main problem was cleanliness: dirt was found everywhere, starting from the lobby and ending with the room itself, which created a feeling of complete disrespect for the guests.
To my surprise, the walls in the room were made of cardboard, which raised questions not only about sound insulation, but also about general safety. Such a construction solution seemed to me extremely strange and frivolous, adding to the general discontent.
The location of the hotel also left much to be desired. Once in a fairly disadvantaged area, I constantly felt some anxiety for my safety while walking nearby. It definitely didn't add to the confidence in choosing a place to stay.
The only bright spot in this unpleasant experience was the hotel staff. The staff turned out to be extremely friendly and tried to help in any situation as much as they could. Their politeness and willingness to go to a meeting could not but arouse respect.

I highly recommend it. Price is quality. The restaurant is on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff is above praise. My teenage daughter was seriously taught Turkish at her request :). English, Turkish and Russian are spoken at the hotel. Everything is perfectly clean, the breakfasts are so varied and nutritious that anyone with the most refined taste will not stay hungry. Daily cleaning, change of linen and all accessories. The room has everything, cozy, comfortable.

We stayed in September 2024. We initially checked into a room with a view of the courtyard, I do not recommend it. The room was, to put it mildly, so-so, low ceilings, a leaky window from pneumatics, and of course there was no view from the window. They insisted on changing the number. They offered a room with a view of the road, above the hotel entrance. Nice room, everything is clean. The breakfasts are normal, there is a choice. The restaurant is on the top floor, the view of Istanbul is good. The location of the hotel is good.

It's just an out. The view from the window I attached. The ceilings are low, the plumbing is not in very good condition. The tile seams are in some kind of fungus. In the kitchen, I saw the cook cutting an omelet and holding it with his bare hands without gloves. In short, a disgusting place. The historical center, everything is fine, but the place itself is a bazaar, a lot of people, garbage everywhere. Go to the new center and admire the Bosphorus. I'm definitely not coming here.

I got here by accident. They fled from a nearby hotel. They showed me the numbers and allowed me to choose. Cleanliness, beauty, stylish, beautiful restaurant on the 7th floor overlooking the Bosphorus. The staff is ready to help in everything and go to the meeting. I didn't find out the blonde at the reception what her name was, but she was very supportive. And the beautiful girl Ada. I am ready to answer all questions, I came up and asked if everything was fine with us. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are pleasant. It is better to take the view on the road. It's not noisy and the view is better than the courtyard. The location is right in the local area. There are almost no tourists around, but there are a lot of shopping streets. Nearby is a street of restaurants, beautiful with a fountain. (though it didn't work, I think, because it's February) in general, I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart. Not bad, but it doesn't pull for 4 stars. The breakfasts are, let's say, normal. The ceilings in the rooms are low. There was a window in our room, but in a corner where there was a single bed. The location is good, within walking distance of the main attractions. I won't go a second time.

We arrived as a family for 4 days, we were dissatisfied with the hotel. It is not worth going to this area at all, there is a dump everywhere, garbage, something is flowing along the road. There is a slide on all sides, a steep climb. The rooms (from ventilation) stink of sewage every morning, there is no sound insulation, absolutely everything is audible. There are no windows, there is no way to ventilate the room.
The breakfasts are good, with a great view of the city.

The rooms are normal, the linen is changed every two days, cleaning every day, the walls are very thin, everything can be heard from neighboring rooms and from everywhere. The reviews are fully confirmed. The view from the room is generally ass. The Windows on the 6th floor generally overlook the courtyard and the walls of another building through 1.m stinks of garbage and feces and cats and cats everywhere scream like cattle....

I am writing a review from this hotel. Please NEVER come here. It's terrible to say nothing. The room looks like a coffin, without a window. More precisely, there is a fake window, but it goes into the well meter by meter. There is no ventilation, the air conditioner does not work, there is literally nothing to breathe.

I liked the hotel, the center of the old town, it attracts 4 stars, the main thing is clean and cozy, friendly staff, they responded quickly to requests. Not a bad restaurant, we liked the breakfasts unpretentiously, but quite tasty. Very tasty pastries and of course a stunning view from the terrace of the restaurant. In general, I recommend it. The only thing is, transport is a bit far away.

We lived opposite this hotel, and when I was waiting for my husband on the common street, the staff kindly wished me a good morning! It looks like a very decent and large hotel, the view from the veranda is very impressive on the Marmara Sea, both sunrises and sunsets are visible in February.
