I did their second key for Skoda 2016, waiting for the key for 3 weeks and 1 hour for coding. Everything is transparent and clear, during the service they reported that the car fell under the service campaign to replace the driver's airbag, but they did not have it in stock, they promised to order and invite for replacement. Such customer care is very pleasant.
