Not a bad little park, adjacent directly to the Central Park of KIO (not to be confused with the famous illusionist). The KGB is located next to the regional branch, so there is a corresponding monument and a symbolic 40-meter red wall in the square. There are no benches, apparently, because there are plenty of them nearby in the park, and few people want to sit on the path here.
The condition, as in most places of the city, is decent, without complaints.
