Once there was a parade ground, and in 1842 a park was laid out, in the image and likeness of the Parisian one in the Louvre (Palais Royal — "royal palace"). Now we have a wonderful green place in the city center. Usually tourists do not notice this park and rarely come here. But I like it, such a quiet and cozy place in the very center of old Odessa...
