I was pleasantly surprised everything is new, the room is perfectly clean! Very nice view from the 24th floor. I was pleased with the location, quite good, near the railway station, I came for work, it was convenient to get there. The house itself is under guard — I consider this a plus, not a minus, outsiders just won't come in. Yes, and thank you very much to the hosts, they are very friendly and welcome guests. In general, I recommend it!
