A good hotel for a business trip. There is a place to relax in the evening (hammam). The restaurant on the 1st floor is excellent. The views from the windows of the high floors are also gorgeous. There is all the necessary infrastructure nearby. From restaurants and shops to parks.
THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, IN ANY SITUATION THE GUEST IS TO BLAME, EXTORT MONEY!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
The situation is as follows:We arrived, checked in, went into the bathroom in the room..I wanted to open the shower door a little (to see if there was any shower gel and shampoo), at that moment the door literally bursts and all these fragments start flying at me with a bang, the glass shatters (I clarify-the door was not hit against the wall, but carefully opened). As a result, my hand is covered in cuts, blood, and glass on the floor (it flew off along with the metal frame). We call the reception, the staff comes, brings everything for first aid, pulls out the remnants of glass from their hands, takes pictures, leaves, moves to another room (there are no questions about the work of the guys from the reception at all-they are very polite, tactful). The spa will be canceled, the mood is spoiled, the arm hurts. I thought there would be some kind of apology from the hotel administration, but alas no...Well, okay, we're on vacation, we won't spoil the mood with clarifications (spoiler alert-but in vain). We stay in the hotel for three days-no one says anything, the manager comes up at the check-out and says that we have to pay about $ 800 for the door, after lengthy explanations, disputes, clarifications, expectations of the manager, we are informed that there are no claims, the deposit is returned. We leave our luggage and go for a walk. We return a few hours later to get our things, the manager comes up and informs us that they have changed their mind and we still have to pay for the door, the amount is $ 470. Then there were long arguments, a call to the police, a call to the embassy (by the way, they answered and consulted us, thank you for that), a trip to the police station, a lot of explanations, an offer to go to the hospital, to fix the fact that the arm was injured (in response, we wrote a complaint about the hotel after the whole story), departure in 3-4 As a result of all the negotiations, we had to pay part of the amount (much less, by the way) and sign a mutual waiver of claims.
To be fair, there are no questions for all the hotel staff-everything was fine. The reception manager, like us, is a hostage to the situation and the tyranny of the hotel's top management. The main complaint is precisely the unprofessional behavior of the management.
So if you want to get an attraction in the form of time spent, nerves, money, trips to the police, then you can safely book this hotel.
Among the advantages: polite and friendly guys at the reception, good breakfasts, a normal spa..but all this is negated by the lack of customer orientation and the extravagance of management.
Have a nice trip and vacation without such stories!
