I was lucky. They said that I was the first visitor after the renovation. Indeed, the room was fresh, clean, and tidy. There was an early check-in at 9.00 am without extra charge. The staff is friendly.

A barn, not a hotel. The stench is worth dirty and greasy things, a sleepy boor at the reception. They took 60,000 in 20 minutes of being in this barn. My family and I escaped from there, it's impossible to stay. The money was not returned. We charged 10,000 for the transfer from the airport. They called the transfer an old dirty foreign car.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the room. The location is very good.
Cons: Very noisy plumbing, including neighboring rooms, you can hear even better. Poor sound insulation between the rooms. Uncomfortable bed linen, already the width of the bed (but it's probably individual))))

I booked a room at the booking office (there is a normal rating and nothing reviews). But it's just something with something ... they asked to cancel the booking at the booking office without explaining the reasons (apparently they are avoiding some kind of payment), but they provided the room. There were no towels in the room, so I went to ask. The mattress is very dense, straight hard (that's when hiking in a sleeping bag on a blow-up mat and it's more comfortable). Moreover, the film has not been removed from the mattress, a mattress pad is placed directly on it, it is very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The film sticks out in fragments on the sides of the bed.
The furniture is tired.
Breakfast is served in the same place where the linen is ironed…
Noise. At 10-11 p.m., almost until midnight, there was a noise as if someone was working with a grinder. It's unrealistic to sleep.
Parking is paid for in the city, although it was written that there is its own / free.
Pros: clean, polite and pleasant staff, excellent location in the center.
This is the first time such a discrepancy between the booking rating and reality. I don't understand at all where 3 stars were found there. As a result, I moved to another hotel.

In my opinion, the price does not match the service provided. Of course, the people who work there are kind and responsive, but this does not in any way overlap the service they provide. Their ironing area is organized at the place of eating and there is always a pile of sheets and towels thrown over, and things and old towels are scattered behind the bar, of course, the counter does not perform the functions of a bar. I was shocked that they didn't even try to clean it up and put it away. Breakfast is meager - either porridge or omelette and nothing else. Well, the furniture is much older than it seems from the photo. Although these are small things compared to ironing clothes in the meal area. For the same money in Nur Sultan, you can find another hotel with excellent service and excellent breakfast - checked by me personally.

We just stopped by, in 30 minutes they asked 3 times when we would pay the rest of the amount, although the first time they answered that by transfer, but no, we need to ask again. Breakfast... except scrambled eggs, bread and tea, nothing ..
If you go to breakfast an hour before the end, then wait for dirty dishes.
The lighting in the room is terrible, the towel rail in the toilet is hanging on snot. And all this costs 45 thousandtenge per night...
