How can you put guests in a room with stains on the walls, torn wallpaper, a yellow toilet seat on the toilet (as if it were 50 years old), the shower also looks terrible. Respect that the money was returned without further ado, so three balls, not one. But on Instagram, ads are constantly spinning. But how can you run ads and not re-paste the wallpaper? People come to relax, not to look at dirty walls.
And classic - I sent them a telegram photo of the shortcomings of the room so that the management would understand what was wrong (suddenly it was unclear, otherwise how could they invite guests and advertise), and in response - silence. They didn't even write "thanks for the feedback."
We had a vacation in 2021, in the summer. The hotel is small, the territory is small. The rooms themselves, the houses are very small. They look bigger in the photo. I liked the pool, it has heated water, it is very comfortable. The breakfast is standard, however, coffee may run out. And so the usual standard, tea, pancakes, porridge, cheese. Lunch and dinner are not included. The price tag is quite high for the food, but it is delicious. In general, I liked it, but the territory was very small, the parking lot was packed end to end. The houses themselves could be upgraded. And the territory should be updated. Various building materials are piled up in many places.
