I was extremely dissatisfied😡 I handed over shoes to replace the lock with the removal of the heel. They warned about the additional payment, but there is no production time. In fact, I waited for the shoes to be repaired for a month and a half. I only found out about the delay when I went to the workshop myself a month later. The quality of the work is questionable: after the repair, the dancing shoes turned out to be unsuitable🥲
At the same time, I handed over my coat to the dry cleaners, no one reported on readiness either👎🏻🙅🏼♀️

The service was rendered disgustingly, the sneakers were given for restoration and in the end they just got washed, torn and crumpled. What should have been glued came back unglued, they just covered the place of rupture with glue. They said it didn't work out, and then the director said that they had painted, but badly. Everyone undertook to redo and the director of the organization personally set a specific deadline for redoing, and to clarify when the work will be ready after the deadline has passed, the director again responds with something vague, it turns out they are still doing it. As a result, instead of the promised 5-7 days, they redid it for more than two weeks. For a claim about a poorly rendered service, for a minute it's 130 rubles, I was accused of consumer extremism. Allegedly, I don't want to pay (although I have already paid for everything). An adequate manager usually tries his best to fix everything faster, but here instead, in personal correspondence, the head of this office (the most appropriate name for this institution) also dropped vile hints to my spouse. Pure rudeness. A person opens points in respectable districts of Minsk, but he is still too far from solidity. In advertising, everything is beautiful - in fact... Customer focus is below the baseboard. The only plus is the guy who works at the reception, there are no complaints about him - a well-mannered, pleasant person
P.s. After the alteration, the sneakers are slightly aligned, the textile tabs were washed or painted (which they said it was impossible to paint, the places of breaks were glued very badly.

I took Caterpillar boots to the dry cleaners. According to the results, they suggested painting, since the color is not uniform. They promised to paint in the original color. The color turned out to be dirty yellow, dark and not uniform. There is a feeling that they didn't even paint. There were scratches, I know for sure that they were not there. In fact, the prices for services are high, and the quality is low. Although promotional photos and samples say the opposite
