First of all, I would like to note the polite and professional approach of the staff. I was greeted with a smile, told in detail about the cleaning process and gave recommendations on how to care for things after dry cleaning.
Secondly, the quality of the work is at the highest level. I brought my coat. It has been cleaned of stains and looks like new! I was especially pleased that there was no smell of chemicals or tissue damage.
I also want to mention the fast order fulfillment.
The price of services is quite reasonable for such quality. I will definitely apply here again.

If during the procedure the master understands that nothing will work, it makes sense to call and coordinate with the client the need for the service. There is no result, and this is confirmed by the administrator.

As a result, one of them came off after two weeks of non - daily wear . In general , they made it even worse than it was . I'm going to come and see this wonderful tailor.

I called myself to find out what time to pick up the shoes after the date specified in the contract, but she is not ready. Well, I'm sorry....

The quality of bag repair and dry cleaning leaves much to be desired. Even after making a claim, the answer is our tailor is a professional, so no other repair is possible.
The dry cleaners replied that dry cleaning does not remove odors from clothes, and crumpled things after dry cleaning are transportation costs.
The application is accepted for more than half an hour. The recommendations for care are confused. No good explanations.
The only thing they do well is take a 100% prepayment.

I left it for repairs, I had to pay 30% extra for the urgency, as if they were voicing such long terms on purpose so that there would be an additional payment.
The manager dialed a day later and said that the master would have to glue almost 50% of the sole and need to pay extra. Then it is unclear the price for how many cm of sizing.
