I gave my shoes for repair and cleaning.
They offered to paint it.
In terms of communication: all the answers must be extracted from the person.
He directly clarified whether the shoes would be painted after painting and maybe it would be worth washing them again - they replied that they could be worn immediately and would not leave any traces.
As a result: there are no questions about cleaning and repair, it was done well. But the shoes as a whole were turned into felt-tip pens for me. His hands are constantly black and he has already dyed several pairs of socks. The car wash didn't help. Despite the good repair, the shoes were eventually ruined.

If you want someone to spoil your sneakers, you can safely contact this workshop. They brought sneakers here in the hope that the old workshop is still working and will do everything efficiently and in a short time. Not only was there a boorish attitude on the phone, the deadlines for the delivery of shoes were overdue, there was no specifics on the date when I could pick up the shoes, until she forced me to answer my questions, so also spoiled sneakers. Expensive sneakers have now turned into sloppy, poorly stitched. Unfortunately, you will not return the money for them. Think before you bring shoes here, because it is unlikely that you will take them at least in the same condition as they were handed over here. Bad service, bad work, and the cost is like in good workshops. Even one star is a lot.

More disappointed than happy. I waited for the order for 4 weeks, I had to seal the shoes, the SMS never came, after a week of wearing one shoe fell apart, after that I had to wait another 2 weeks. As a result, half of the winter passed without winter boots. I probably won't apply anymore.

Previously, there was a normal one, there was another workshop with excellent service , good quality, individual attitude, tight deadlines and normal prices, and now, the time is two weeks, the price is "very much needed", and the attitude is that someone will be found anyway, I cannot say the quality of the work - I was not satisfied with the approach and service.

I gave the michael kors bag for painting and cleaning. The bag cost about 800 rubles. I gave away a glossy bag, but I got a matte and cracked one, all the fittings were also smeared with paint, no one even cleaned it after their sloppy work. I waited for her for 7 weeks. Now the bag is only for disposal.
