We took a photo of the product. A pearl fell off one of the earrings. And the lawyer, not the jeweler, made a conclusion based on the photo. I received the letter and was shocked. It turns out that until I was 53, I didn't know how to use jewelry. The expert determined this from the photo. For a moment, my daughter has had pearl earrings since she was 5 years old and there was no damage. Although it was a child . She is now 29 years old. And her earrings are intact. I don't have any broken earrings. And people don't buy jewelry to look at it, but to wear it and have fun. My pleasure lasted a week. The sediment is terrible, I don't set foot in this store anymore. And I don't recommend others at all. Because they are very friendly when buying, and if an unpleasant situation happens. Then you don't know how to wear them.
