I liked everything here. The city center, all the sights are within walking distance. Cozy, clean, spacious rooms with everything you need (including kettle and refrigerator). Very attentive and caring staff, ready to help solve literally any adequate request. There are already two cafes nearby. Breakfast at the hotel itself is quite good.
Of the slightly minor disadvantages: a bus stop under the windows and, by Grodno standards, grocery stores are too far away. But these are such small things that you can safely ignore them by booking a room in this particular hotel. Personally, I'd love to come back here again.

Comfortable and clean rooms. The room has everything you need, including a mini-bar. An individual breakfast was fine with me. The hotel is located in the historical center. Within walking distance to all the attractions.
I took off the star because there was very little hot water in the shower room and I had to wait for a good temperature (apparently a running water heater is installed in the system)

Excellent service, delicious breakfasts, location in the city center, but there is one huge disadvantage, there is a restaurant in the hotel building. The night we stayed there, the restaurant was celebrating an anniversary and it felt like we were in the middle of this celebration. We finished strictly at 23.30, but for us, since we were with our 4-year-old son, who goes to bed strictly at 21, it was critical
