Excellent location, close to cafes, restaurants, pedestrian street, all attractions. The apartment has everything you need, a modern interior. Dishes, microwave oven, TV, Internet.Nice clean bed. There is a shower in the bathroom, towels for hands, feet and for the shower. I would love to come back again.

Excellent apartment. Two rooms, a living room with a kitchen, a comfortable bathroom. Good repair and furniture. There are dishes, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator. Nearby there is a good butcher shop, pizzeria, coffee shop, Crystal factory store. Within walking distance of the park, pedestrian Sovetskaya street, Euroopt store.

Excellent apartment. Everything is clean, beautiful, freshly renovated. It is very quiet, the house is located in the courtyards. They were able to park the car at the house, there was a place in the evening. Three minutes walk from the pedestrian street. All the main attractions of Grodno are within walking distance. It is very pleasant to walk in the evening.

Not very professional administrators...We booked apartments for 2 nights.. but in fact, they fixed the need for 1 night, saying that they would book 2 nights tomorrow..
The design itself turned out to be an additional oddity: " We ask you to pay, but we will issue the documents tomorrow.
We arrived the next day to get the documents - we received handwritten bills for living with errors on the actual dates and surnames. I had to ask to redo the documents 2 times..

We stayed for two nights with six people, the room is large, on the attic floor, three bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. The room has a kitchen, dishes, which allowed us to have breakfast. Of the minks, there is a third floor without an elevator, dormer windows that cannot be replaced, and the lack of screens on the windows did not protect against mosquitoes. Otherwise, I liked everything. You can park a car next to the hotel without any problems. The location is in the city center, so the main attractions were within walking distance!

We rented an apartment on the third floor. Not bad. There is no air conditioning. The rooms had windows on the roof, they had to be closed during the rain and it was stuffy. At night, while sleeping with the windows open, they did not immediately realize that it was raining, they had to eliminate the flood. It is not convenient that you need to pick up the keys and hand them over at the hotel, 15 minutes on foot. It's not far, but it's uncomfortable with things. The location is excellent, the street is quiet, but in the center. The apartments themselves are comfortable.

The apartment was impressive. The interior is pleasant. Everything is made for maximum comfort - plasma, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, stove, iron, hair dryer... Clean and cozy... There are no breakfasts... In the evening, it is better to take care of the products in the morning! With the family only there - for this money, it is unlikely that you can find something more convenient!
The pedestrian street is 2 minutes away - I crossed the road and am already on it... and then the whole center in 10-15 minutes of a leisurely walk.

Excellent apartment on Malaya Troitskaya! It is the best option for tourists. Location in the heart of the old town, a couple of steps to Sovetskaya, a quiet courtyard, Parking, all the main attractions are a few steps from the hotel. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay: from a hair dryer and an iron to a hob with a microwave and dishes! This is the second time we have stopped and we will definitely come again.

The room is good, but there is a problem, hot water that is, that is not, you have to turn off the faucet and turn it on again so that the hot water goes. And so every 2 minutes. Another huge disadvantage is the entrance door, there are no closers and because of this, the door rattles every time someone enters / leaves the complex.

We did not live in this hotel, but in the apartments that belong to the Slavia hotel. They are even closer to the Old and New Castle. The pedestrian street is a 2-minute walk from the apartments. The room itself is very modern and stylish. There is everything you need to stay. I advise you!

We celebrated the New Year in Grodno. We rented an apartment on Malaya Troitskaya. We booked very much in advance, about two months in advance. We were worried, of course, that they might cancel, but the company turned out to be extremely decent. However, they called back twice a month and clarified whether we would be there or not. In general, we were satisfied with the communication with the staff and the general approach of this company to business. With regard to the apartments themselves, there is also nothing to complain about. Fresh renovation, everything is set up and running. The house itself is old, with thick walls, warm and cozy. Malaya Troitskaya Street has a very authentic look and leaves a pleasant impression. It reminded me of Lions... In general, we were satisfied, in some places even very much... from the city of Grodno, from the apartments and from everything else...

I agree with the advantages of other reviews. I will write the cons: cleaning- gel shampoo 1 time in 3 days, a consistently slightly warm or cold towel rail, a constant problem with hot water - either it is slightly warm or it is over, because one boiler for the whole house, a high kitchen table with low chairs, an organic number of cutlery, weak lighting of the kitchen area, the absence of garbage bags, the absence of additional blankets, no nets on the windows, no air conditioning, and therefore constantly open windows, the need to hand over the keys in the main building, the absence of a landline phone - communication with the hotel at your own expense.

Cons: major renovation of the building 3 meters from the windows. The smell of cement in the bedroom, cement on the windowsill. At 8 a.m., builders arrive, turn on the cement mixer, etc. The staff does not warn about this. And then there are the little things; the closet, in which all the shelves fell, the sheets are smaller than the mattress, a shortage of towels and a blockage in the shower (eliminated the next day).
