An excellent hotel almost in the center of Lugansk. Cafe on the ground floor, grocery store opposite. The rooms are clean, new furniture and fresh bed linen. There is a water outage after 22:00, but this is most likely temporary. There are polite, pretty girls at the reception. In the corridors there are paintings in the style of Soviet realism, and in some places a portrait of V.I. Lenin, which evoke nostalgic notes about the universal brotherhood of the USSR.
It's a good place, I can't say that everything is perfect, but you can stay. Small Parking, modest breakfasts, average room comfort, often "snow" or "rain" on the TV, but there is a card payment.
Excellent hotel, I liked everything, and polite staff, and cleanliness in the room, and excellent cuisine, only good impressions, thanks to the director for the hospitality
