I also wanted to focus on a convenient location. The agency is located between three metro lines (there were no difficulties getting there). Specialist Daria has selected for us an excellent tour to the UAE in accordance with our budget: Fairmont Ajman Hotel, from 25.10 to 04.11, all inclusive. Daria told us all the pros and cons of the hotel, the distance to Dubai. The hotel is lovely, a large room with panoramic windows , the food is good, the beach is small but well maintained. We discussed on the phone a good tour for three (two adults and one child). Upon arrival at the office, I find out that the tour was actually for two. In addition, it is no longer available on this date - other customers have outbid it. Although 15 minutes before that, they called me and said they were waiting for me at the office. And not a word about the fact that the tour has already been bought out.
The question is, why waste a potential client's personal time? I should have told you right away: the tour is for two and it has already been bought by others. No, I had to drive across the city, although during this time I could have found other options at another, more intelligent agency.

We found this advertising agency on the social network. They applied. I wanted to fly to Egypt in February 2022. They gently refused to pick up a tour by phone or messenger, saying that the price is constantly increasing and by the time we arrive to buy the tour, the cost will be irrelevant. They believed me. Our biggest mistake was that we immediately announced the budget, because after realizing what money we were willing to pay, the manager was looking for a tour not based on Price-quality, but on the principle of "spending everything we have", and it does not matter in what conditions we will rest. But they only realized this when they got to the hotel. In general, manager Anna is very well prepared psychologically and has the ability to convince. We bought a tour to Egypt for an unrealistically large amount of money for this hotel. There were no problems with the organization of the trip. But with the choice of the hotel by the manager and the adequacy of the price for it, there are sooo big problems. Arriving at the hotel and seeing everything around, it became clear that we had seriously overpaid. At first, they reassured themselves that perhaps this was the cost of the season and demand. But!!! After talking with tourists from their own country and from their own city, they realized that the price they paid was much lower. We believe that this moment refers to the incompetence of the manager. Her work in terms of the selection of the tour was sooooo not satisfied. I do not recommend Anna's manager from this agency to anyone!

We are from Russia and we do not have flights to Egypt, but we wanted to get to Egypt. We decided to fly through Belarus. The search for vouchers did not work out with local travel agencies, although we know that there were options for connecting flights. Vacation in GOA Took a tour to Goa for 4 people from March 8 to March 21, 2020. Everything was fine when buying the tour. Upon arrival, the hotel met expectations, everything is fine. The most interesting thing began on March 18, when Belarusian tourists stopped boarding the plane. The receiving party sent a message via Viber that the transfer was canceled, we are not flying anywhere. We immediately contacted Anna's agent in Minsk. All three days before departure, Anna was always in touch with us, at any time of the day, despite the time difference. All our problems were solved in the office in Minsk, we were always informed.
