A good beauty salon, cozy, you come and feel calm, the manicure master Tatiana is very friendly and does her job well, the massage therapist Dmitry is a salvation. However, the administrators are terrible, there used to be friendly girls who didn't confuse the entries. I took off one star because of the administrator, I hope the management will take it into account.

I did not receive the full service that I initially chose. According to the description, Nefertiti massage is done with lavender and jojoba oil. As a result, it was an ordinary odorless oil. Although before I started, when asked about allergies, I replied that there was no such thing as lavender! Why did massage therapist K. ask?! During the session, she spent about 15 minutes with one hand on the phone. And I won't call it a massage. Not a single area has been properly worked out. Instead of 45 minutes, it lasted 37. It was unpleasant and I won't come back here again. The room is dirty and very cold! The reception tried to settle the conflict with a cocktail at 100% payment.
