I think this assessment is fair, because there are both advantages and serious disadvantages in this place that I would like to draw attention to.
Positive:
The prices are quite affordable. Compared to other shops or establishments in the area, you can buy goods here without hitting your wallet too hard.
The location is very convenient, especially if you live nearby. You can walk, which saves both time and money.
The assortment is generally quite good. It seems that there is almost everything you need. Sometimes you even find something you didn't expect to see.
Minuses:
The staff's appeal is the biggest complaint. There is a very noticeable difference in the attitude towards different categories of customers:
They communicate with young children affectionately, kindly, with smiles.
With adults — calmly, respectfully, without excess.
But with teenagers (aged 10-16 years) the situation is completely different.
We are often ignored, they can talk harshly or even be rude. Sometimes they look at us with suspicion or condemnation, as if we had already come with bad intentions from the beginning. It is often forbidden to touch goods, even if you just want to take a closer look at something.
It's unpleasant. As a teenager, I believe that I deserve the same respect as any other customer. I understand that respect should be mutual, but if we are treated harshly or condescendingly, it is difficult not to feel like a "second—rate" client. We're human too. If we are treated well, we respond in kind.
Respect is a two—way street.
The quality of some products is questionable. For example, one day we bought a fish that was described as "almost without salt, as if it had just been caught," but in fact it turned out to be so salty that it was impossible to eat it.
Non—observance of hygiene - there was a case when a hair got caught in samsa. This is extremely unpleasant and unacceptable in an establishment where food is sold.
Overall, the place is not bad, especially considering the price and convenience. But I really want the staff to reconsider their attitude towards teenagers and to pay more attention to the quality of products. We are the same customers as everyone else, and we want to feel welcome, not as if we are in the way. I've said it all.
A wonderful store, friendly sellers,I've never heard rude treatment from them, everything is always there, bread for every taste, always fresh, the store is just great
A good grocery store. Fresh products: milk, bread, chilled products. Candies and cookies with a small weight are conveniently packaged. It is convenient to hire. There are pastries and dried fruits. A good store.
A good store, but it's too small, and so the whole grocery basket is available, plus there is a vegetable shop nearby where there are vegetables and fruits
A good minimarket, prices are rising, the assortment is not particularly large, cleanliness is observed, but with errors, cashiers can be rude, you can heat a sandwich in the microwave
very rude sellers, everything is very expensive, as if they are selling overdue, and every time I go in, my Internet disappears and then they scold me very much
The prices are very expensive and the angry rude sellers once my friend and I went to buy food and one of the sellers rudely tells us not to walk, this is not a museum for you, buy and leave☠️
Excellent assortment and fresh products. Sometimes I order goods from the owner that are not in the standard assortment - excellent service, thank you, you will not find this in every store!
If you add cooking, I will go more often!)
The service is not very good. Sellers ***. The assortment in the store is large. Respect to the owners. Work with sellers, we are all human beings. They're not standing there for me.
An ordinary store is nothing out of the ordinary, so to speak, close to the school and by the way the photo is pretty old now this store looks a little different
