For the first time we were in this sanatorium on a free ticket. They settled in the "Mother and Child" building. They provided a choice of floor, which pleased me. The room is just great! There is even the possibility of washing clothes. This sanatorium has a chat with all vacationers, which is very convenient if you need to clarify something. There was no such thing anywhere. 5 star accommodation! As for the procedures, they are few in number. The pool is good, but 20 minutes is VERY short. There are many places for recreation based on interests. Gazebos. Exercise equipment. The school is great. The only thing is that in the middle of the educational process you need to run to the canteen, eat quickly and go back to school. Inconvenient. As for nutrition, small portions are for a teenager. I didn't eat enough. Not always, but it was possible to ask for more. The food is cold, warm, there is no time for this, since you need to get to school. There are enough fruits and salads. Overall, I really liked it, compared to the previous ones.

Хороший детский санаторий. Большая ухоженая территория, спортплощадка, питание отличное, вкусное, много фруктов. Для детей много развлечений: дискотека, игры, квесты, мультики, приезжали песочное шоу и концерт. Для мам с детками отличный котедж на 20ть комнат, где всё есть: посуда, чайник, полотенца, много розеток, холодильник, телевизор и бесплатный интернет. Для деток есть кружки по увлечениям: спортивный, оригами, лепка и музыкальный. В общем, рекомендую.

The child has a low-protein diet, which requires special attention and separate cooking from specialized products. I was afraid that this would make it impossible for a child (7 years old) to go to a sanatorium. However, the administration of the sanatorium and its entire staff provided great support, expressed their willingness to accept my special child and cook for him according to a separate menu, as required by our diet. The dietitian was always in touch with me. The menu was organized based on the wishes of the daughter and her special products.
It is very important for us that my daughter has the opportunity to feel like an ordinary child in such simple things, and like all her classmates to go to a sanatorium.
Grandma was also very pleased, especially liked the goodwill of the sanatorium workers and the willingness to come to the rescue.

Санаторий Случь очень понравился нашему ребенку. Сыну 13 лет.
Спасибо коллективу санатория. Детей много, все разные. Персоналу нужно иметь много терпения, самообладания. В каждом корпусе, куда попадает ребенок, есть свои воспитатели, отслеживающие в рабочее время перемещения, поведение, посещение занятий детей. Особо хочется поблагодарить нашего воспитателя Федченко Инну Владимировну. Отзывчивый человек, который в своё нерабочее время помогала нам решать некоторые просьбы касаемо нашего сына, консультировала по вопросам распорядка, информировала нас о поведении и прилежании нашего отдыхающего.
В целом санаторий отличный для отдыха. По словам сына кормят очень хорошо. Каждый день бесплатный витаминный чай, различные процедуры (массаж, соляные комнаты, небольшой бассейн, ванны лечебные), платно коктейль - 2 руб.

Мне очень понравился отдых в санатории „Случь”. Мне также понравилась большая территория, красивый вид, много всего интересного, большое количество процедур и развлечений. В санатории работают очень хорошие воспитатели. Работающие люди в этом санатории всегда смогут помочь в трудную минуту. Это очень хороший санаторий, всем советую!

Now the shower is shared without a lock. I am very sorry that I sent my son there. For two weeks, no one has reported where it is possible to wash things. It's as if they don't understand that children need to voice this. Disgusting. We need to find out where to complain.

Как-то нет привычки писать отзывы, но вдруг кому пригодится... Когда оформляли детей, показалось вроде неплохо, мельком осмотрели территорию, большая, с виду так ухоженная, большая спортивная часть территории издалека показалась неплохой, по техническому состоянию не могу сказать... При заселении в корпус родителям заходить было нельзя, якобы руководство запретило в связи с карантинными мерами или профилактика ковид, так и не понятно было.... По мне, так чтоб родители меньше видели внутреннее состояние, которое ну НЕ в очень хорошем состоянии.... Так получилось, что путёвки мы покупали, так как решили только летом отправить детей, ну так вот, мне, как не многим, посчастливилось быть в административном корпусе для оформления и оплаты путёвок, ну вот пусть будет стыдно администрации (хотя врядли будет))), состояние их кабинетов, ремонта, мебели ОЧЕНЬ ОЧЕНЬ поприличнее, чем условия детишек, для себя руководство постаралось)... По питанию не буду ничего писать, не знаю, детишки сейчас все наверное к еде привередливые, но со слов не очень вкусно, приехали оба на три кг меньше, хорошо что в магазин бегали, цены там недешёвые конечно, но фиг с ним, он хоть есть)))... Основное, о чём хотел написать, это отношение персонала.... Ну как по мне, так вроде должно быть как-то по другому, одному 14, так тот хоть немного наверное за собой ухаживал, а вот второй 7 лет... Без вранья скажу, несло от него уже за 10 метров как из мусорки.... Дома уже расспросили, так он НИ РАЗУ не мылся, не чистил зубы и я извиняюсь трусы не поменял.... НИ РАЗУ.... Да, конечно можно сказать что такие родители, ни к чему не приучили, но ребёнок первый раз в санатории, никогда никуда надолго не уезжал, его как-то же немного можно было проконтролировать, на процедуры практически не ходил, можно было позвонить (у воспитателей были номера родителей) сказать что ребёнок не моется, не ходит на процедуры.... забирали, получилось попасть в комнату, всё грязно, извините вонь стоит, а дети говорят - это убрали у нас, видимо перед приездом.... В целом дети говорят что отдохнули вроде неплохо, первый раз, нет сравнения, ну хоть за это спасибо))) Никого не хотелось обидеть, если вдруг кто-то из руководства читает отзывы))), хотелось бы напомнить что это же дети, это наше будущее... Дочка отдыхала , ей говорит всё понравилось, но питание как и везде есть можно, большой хороший санаторий с большим количеством процедур, правда всё ещё осталось с советских времен но работает.
