I bought a Cologne chest of drawers and would like to ask a few questions to the manufacturer.
1.) Why does the product have such huge gaps and poor-quality fittings???
2.) How much does a 40x30 cm piece of fiberboard cost for the back wall of the chest of drawers if it is not included in the delivery package???
Extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. Cheapness and deception.
On the window - it looks adequate, but in fact it is nonsense that needs to be completed and redone yourself.
Summary:
Dishonest and substandard.

It looks beautiful and the quality is terrible.
We bought the Cologne series, it feels like it is covered with paper and not with film. Everything sticks out on the cuts. I've never seen such a high-quality film before.

We bought a TV stand in Tokyo. The quality is a stretch of 4. But how should you not respect your customers that the parts were packed with production waste. It's a pity that I didn't take a photo.

Disappointed with the purchase of the Cologne chest of drawers, very poor quality raw materials (chipboard), loose, poor pressing, edging tape only on the front side, the cutting of parts is not high-quality, chipped edges, the depth of the chest is very small (40cm - this is with decorative details). I do not advise you to buy wasted money!!!!!

There is a shortage of furniture in the boxes, there are not enough fasteners. The materials are of poor quality.
