I have been a reader of the Slutsk Library for many years. I want to thank you for the attention that the staff give me. I read a lot of modern foreign literature and was pleasantly surprised that there are books in the library collection that I have been looking for a long time on the recommendation of friends. My son is studying at the technical faculty by correspondence. I found a lot of literature for him here. Overall, the atmosphere is very comfortable in the library. I want to come back here. On the eve of the holiday, I want to congratulate the librarians and wish them a spring mood and a peaceful sky above their heads.

Wonderful staff! Nice, kind, ready to help. But - the library itself leaves much to be done. There is absolutely no educational, auxiliary literature on any subjects on the children's subscription: old publications with outdated information from the 80s, a couple of reference books from a long time ago, too. But there are plenty of popular consumer goods (in the style of a low-grade detective story and cheap fantasy. Classics of the same genres are very few, because they are of high quality and cost more, apparently. But there is no literature for reading and intelligent children! Or the minimum where you have to look for or wait for a book. Management should pay attention to this issue. Parents have nothing to work with their children, given that there is almost no bookstore in the city (considering the assortment), and there is not much choice in the capital's bookstores either. For six months we searched for books on websites for study and school. On an adult subscription, too, the most important thing is junk. On the pedagogy of outstanding figures - 1-2 books and also 197 ... years. But there is a lot of "garbage" of the head for a waste of time. In general, we did not find anything on the topics of history, architecture, pedagogy, sports (health). But the fireplace and chairs are beautifully arranged and everything is beautifully painted. But there are no books.
