The woman in the second window was just rude out of the blue, accusing me of confusing everyone there the last time I asked a question, she just yelled at me and closed the window in front of my face. Last time, I filled out all the applications correctly, everything that the girl from the 3rd window told me, and there were no problems. And today, it's just a very unpleasant situation. The woman is not behaving competently . And in a purely human way, there was a residue for the whole day. There were no complaints or rudeness on my part, just asking a question, the employee behaved like that. Horror, in a word. Here in the 3rd window, there was a nice woman who helped and prompted when filling out documents. There are no questions for other employees, I do not know what came over this woman, I would not like such people to work in such a field.
I've been to this service twice. The first time everything is fine, it feels good. They do their job. But on Saturday, they completely ruined the whole impression of themselves. I will definitely leave a complaint against an employee who doesn't care about anyone, because when there are only two people left and your electronic queue system issues coupons, then you are obliged to serve people. So, schedule the issuance of coupons until 12:30 and then on a first-come, first-served basis, as soon as you have time. Rather than closing the window impudently and defiantly. A spoiled mood for the whole day. They made a disgusting image for themselves.

There are two chairs in front of the specialist's window, no need to stand on your feet or think about where to put your personal belongings. Here you can buy coffee, sit on a stool and watch yourself on the online cameras that are on the official website while you are sitting in line)
I came here recently to put my child on the kindergarten waiting list. There were enough people in front of me, but only two windows were working🙁

There is a children's room, a well-equipped specialist workplace and convenient for the visitor, there is no crowding. Well, the electronic queue is already a familiar addition to the service. Fast service.
