There are no queues, quickly, efficiently!
The impression was somewhat overshadowed by the monstrous smell of homeless people waiting out the cold, but still 5 stars. After all, we value professionalism and organization first of all, and homeless people are also people!😀

I visited the one window service. I was pleasantly surprised — they tried to organize the place for people, and not as usual. There is a children's room, a well-equipped specialist workplace and convenient for the visitor, there is no crowding. Well, the electronic queue is already a familiar addition to the service. Fast service.
