I crossed the border on October 15 in the evening by car from Kaliningrad to Belarus. I always travel and for the first time I came across the fact that they required a diagnostic card for a car, in other EU countries it is not needed. I tried to make it clear that in Russia you can't register a car without such a card, but you don't need it anymore and it's at home. Since I was traveling from Kaliningrad, they said that without this card you can't get to Belarus and thus you can't get home to St. Petersburg. I even got upset, because I liked Kaliningrad, but not so much that I wanted to stay there (( and still wanted to return home. What I was very surprised about was when the border guard demanded a bribe from me. I travel from St. Petersburg to Finland and Estonia quite often, once I even tried to travel without a Green Card, I was simply offered to issue it on the spot, there the insurer absolutely legally issued me such insurance, but no one ever demanded a bribe from me. It's just even unpleasant and surprising that such a thing is possible in the EU at all ((They charged me 50 euros. Thus Lithuania fell in my eyes. My opinion: the country starts from the border(((
