Good staff. The food is average. The price is not expensive. Payment for the Caspian is available. You can heat the food yourself. There is a separate microwave and an electric samovar.
They cook here, it's fine for sale (note that it's not great), but for the organization in whose territory they are located, it's terrible. I don't go there for lunch.
