A normal RELISH. Practically no different from the others. The staff is mostly kind, but the woman who manages the meat in the meat department does everything without gloves and with manicured nails. Although this should not be the case in the regulations. The product selection is not large, but rather ordinary. The store is large, and accordingly the queues there are also large). I am glad that it is open until 23:00

Overall, a good store.Pleasant, polite cashiers.Delicious, inexpensive pizza, pastries are also delicious. However, there is one "BUT".A seller works behind the counter with fresh meat and chicken, for which rudeness and, to put it mildly, an unfriendly attitude towards customers has been noticed not for the first time.The seller does not know the range of goods with which he works or knows, but does not want to, let's say, strain himself once again.When asked if there are any products that, of course, you want to buy, he answers, they say, look for yourself on the counter.She pretends that she does not understand what you want from her, asks again several times with dislike, despite the fact that you tell the seller the name of the meat or chicken cutting, which is indicated on the price tag.It works slowly.If you make a remark to the seller and ask him not to be rude, he says in raised tones that he is talking to you normally.You say bluntly that the conversation is over, but the verbal flow of unjustified indignation from the seller does not stop until you threaten that you will now ask for a book of "Comments and suggestions". I consider such behavior of an employee in any field unacceptable.I would really have left a complaint today, but I was with a small child, so I didn't have the opportunity.This is not the first time that the seller has noticed such behavior and in relation not only to me, but to everyone.There was a girl in front of us who was buying crab salad.The seller told the girl that she was standing in the wrong queue. To the reasonable remark of the girl buyer that there is no seller in the culinary department and there is only one queue, the seller said that let him stand and wait.In the end, she was served, but as if she was doing a very big favor. The departments are neighboring, they are not separated by anything other than the assortment of goods, why should the buyer figure out which queue to take, especially if the seller is in the field of view of several departments alone. Everything happens in life, and everyone has a bad mood.However, a simple polite communication "seller-buyer" is the base on which it depends whether the buyer will come again or not.And just professional competence.The date of the store visit is 02.02.24.I will continue to visit the store, however, if the situation repeats, I will still leave a complaint against this seller.

After reading other reviews, I understand that I am not the only one who notices the constant dissatisfied faces of sellers in the meat department and the frequent rudeness from them towards customers. The feeling of being at their house and distracting these women from something important.
