This is probably the biggest Small in the city! A huge selection of products, a wide range of all types of goods (you can find almost everything), average prices, there are often good discounts. There is also its own food court (you will really like risotto with schnitzel, or with chicken roll, caesar salad is also good! After 20:00 discount on food). There are usually a lot of people in the evening.
To summarize, I will definitely recommend it.

A store with an already well-known name- the Small brand. The assortment of goods is the same as in other stores of this brand, but the retail space allows you to have a large assortment in cooking, a "snack center", a lot of discounted goods in separate zones. There is a large parking lot.

Once upon a time, my favorite store was badly damaged. The layout of the goods is strange, the price tag is in one place, and the goods are in another, especially the stock items on the shelves. The price does not match the promotional item. I come across these all the time. Ready-made food from cooking is often not fresh, this one is in a separate showcase.I bought mashed potatoes, it turned out to be sour, returned them back, took noodles soup, the same story. Bread is a special story, most of the assortment is not fresh from the word at all, a label with today's date is simply glued onto hard bread, although they can be hammered with nails. On November 20, while buying pizza, I saw a huge cockroach on the wall. I invited the head of the kitchen, showed the cockroach, to which she replied, it's okay, there are products here. Thrash! This is the norm for them. I can imagine what's going on in the kitchen. I am attaching a photo. The desire to buy ready-made food in cooking has disappeared. A separate topic is the staff, they know only one phrase in Russian, "I don't know anything." Why are there so many of them if they don't know anything? But the most charming thing is the self-service ticket offices, usually 2-3 of them work, which constantly require confirmation of the system, until the manager is called, a queue of customers is going to. I was punching pickled cucumbers, the system requested confirmation of age, apparently pickled cucumbers cannot be bought before the age of 21. I recommend that the management of this store take a more careful approach to recruiting staff.

There is a general order, but the problem with cashiers is that the store cannot afford a sufficient number of cashiers, it takes a long time to queue during busy hours, the self-service area often does not work properly, and you always need to call someone from the staff. We often come in and there is often a problem at the checkout, apparently the management is not aware of the events. Overall, it's a good store, with a good selection of products. But, I want to add, the management is clearly not aware of what is on sale in the store, especially regarding sausage products, there are a number of extremely low-quality products!

This store is a real lifesaver for our family. A wide range of products, promotions are often held and discounts are given. This is a store that you want to go to!
But there are also disadvantages. I can't help but mention the unstable quality of the bread baked here. We buy the same grain bread, but it is of different quality all the time. This is because the formulation is not followed and there is no proper control. I have already talked about this in the store to those who bake bread there, but there are no changes yet.
And recently there was such an incident: I buy sour cream "President" 25% all the time. And last time I bought TWO cans. I brought it home, opened it, and the sour cream inside turned out to be liquid and with lumps - because it was most likely frozen over! The second jar turned out to be the same. It is impossible to check in the store - the cans are sealed! So the store threw me for 2000 tenge.
I think this is unacceptable for such a good store!
But, nevertheless, our family loves Small and wishes the team success!

Good afternoon, we stayed in Almaty and lived next to this shopping center!! A convenient supermarket, there is everything from ready-made dishes, pastries, its own bakery, very tasty croissants, pancakes are baked here, bursulyaks are always fresh!!! They sell koumiss and camel milk for bottling!! And everything is there!! Pharmacy kiosk, ATMs!! In general, everything is nearby and very convenient!!!The staff is nice!!

You have to press the button hard to get a ticket, and the right cabinet is already full at this time. The second disadvantage is the ready-made food. The chicken liver was taken, it was cooked normally, thank you, but the beef was sour, they threw it away. The range is wide, I like it.

There are no questions about the assortment, but the quality of service is disgusting. We came to shop on Sunday at lunchtime. As a result, they left the goods and left. Of all the ticket offices, only 2 were working, there were at least 15 people in the queue. We went to the self-service area, 2 of them were also working. The product did not break through, it gave out an error, there was no staff nearby. We waited for 20 minutes, eventually dropped everything and left. Very sorry.

The service kiosks are better now. There were disagreements with the price on the price tag and they couldn't solve anything at the checkout in half an hour. The most terrible supermarket!

The store itself is good, but you often have to contact the management: there are problems in the vegetable department, then in other departments; there is a problem with meat, only one type is beef, but there is no lamb and pork, unfortunately; elderly people complain about an incomplete assortment of social bread from Aksai-nan, there is no Health loaf; the choice of language often does not work at self-service ticket offices, and now they have posted an ad: "CSR – they do not serve more than 5 items of goods", the section with bread, in order to find it, you have to contact an assistant, because they have bread by numbers, which only the store employee knows; the table was removed near the storage rooms and refuse to return, and benches for visitors were removed, which also causes inconvenience; there are Small storage rooms in the entire network, with small cells, but I wanted them to be with large ones - for convenient placement of bags and packages, as in other similar stores.
