I do not recommend this store... At first glance, everything is great... Polite sellers, free shipping, etc., etc. As they say, they would like to "sell" their goods... The bike "smart 8 cottage" did not travel 10 km before the problems began... Extraneous sounds problems with electronics... I took it under warranty and also paid for the service because everything turned out to be not a warranty case... The bike has been in service for 2 weeks.. although my opinion could have been reviewed in a day or two... They called and said that the problems had been fixed.. I paid for the delivery again... They brought it, but the problems remained... Extraneous noise has been and still is... When buying an electric vehicle, read the passport carefully... It contains all the details that are not subject to warranty... And you will understand that there is no guarantee at all in transport .. and I don't know why they give it.. and the service is just terrible, even at your own expense

I bought a smart 8 bulbash tricycle a month ago, I am very happy. Nowhere is it warned that, according to the law of the Republic of Belarus, an electric bicycle with a capacity of over 250 watts is equated to mopeds (scooters) according to traffic regulations, therefore it is necessary to have an Am license, and otherwise a helmet is a fine. Neither the consultant warned about this, nor is it indicated on the website. I wonder on what basis on the website this product is located in the electric bike tab and not an electric scooter? Comments are deleted on Instagram.

it's just ridiculous
my jamb is that I didn't know about such a label, didn't check this label when buying and wasn't present at the disassembly.
this is a scooter for a landfill, and I will buy a new scooter - I will check the label before payment

I looked for a pair of monocales for myself last year and decided to open the season this year. He controlled prices and saved money. When the hour came. I place an order and specify the color, place of delivery, time and dates in the comments. It's good that they called back and said unfortunately there is no such thing. I immediately say the second thing then. The answer killed me completely. There are none at all and we are not working in this direction.
At that time, they were on the site and the prices were indicated. Or maybe they don't have half of what is listed on the site!?

The attitude towards customers has changed a lot since August last year. Battery diagnostics is now paid, and not as it is declared on the website. They were "diagnosed" for a week - repairs are more expensive than a new battery and even they are too lazy to order and deliver a new battery.

I highly do not recommend this store! The quality of the product leaves much to be desired. I bought a 3d pen, took it under warranty twice, the first time the motor was replaced, the second time the motherboard burned out, and the battery also died. They said it was not a warranty case. I advise you to consider other hardware stores! It is better to overpay for the quality.

I bought an electric bike in this store, the product is not cheap. However, the craftsmen did not assemble it correctly, the steering wheel is wobbly, the oil seal was bitten. I sent a bike to fix the flaws. We fixed the flaws in one day and then the service center sends me this bike for the sixth day. I can't find out any information about my bike yet. They feed you breakfast. The attitude of employees towards customers is disgusting. I will not dare to buy a second time in this store.
