These are just irresponsible people who pretend to work there. I brought them an electric scooter for repair. The problem was a failed controller through my fault, which I don't even deny. I cut all the wires and quit, and that's where the whole repair stopped, but I don't know about it. after some more time, I decided to come and pick it up and give it to another service. Upon arrival, I see this picture, everything is cut off and put in a bag. I ask the acceptance administrator Natalia a question, what is this??? To which she answers me, the master who dealt with this issue has quit, and others do not know and do not want to take it up. After the discussion, a paper was taken from the administrator in which she indicated that everything would be in place on a certain date.and there will be a call from the service as soon as everything is ready, but there was no call. After some time, I decide to pick it up again, I come and see a miracle that somehow they blinded it, but the bare wires stick out, the turns don't work either, and the wheel barely turns without load. I ask questions why such an irresponsible approach to work and why this happens, the administrator answered me at the service station; that I have some new claims every time. I ask the question why the motor wheel does not turn as it should? To which the administrator answers; and you know that according to the law, we can not exceed 25 km per hour and in addition, well, he says he can go faster from the hill.
There was another discussion, we agreed that they would fix it within two weeks. And then a miracle call your equipment is running the motor-the wheel turns as it should.
