I will not work with this company, if the stores offer this company, I will refuse the product and order from another one. Situation: I order a refrigerator (a gift to my parents), they say they will bring it in a week, I agree, I take a day off, I come (350 km from the city where I live), I wait... No one calls, I call the store where I ordered, they say that the product has been transferred to this wonderful delivery service and they will contact me. Well, we got in touch - they said they would bring it the next day... Well, I'm waiting - they don't bring it back the next day... They say we can bring it in 2 days... As a result: lost time, money (road + day off at your own expense), nerves...

We negotiated delivery on a weekday after 6 p.m. with the plumbing vendor. If the Smart Delivery dispatcher had said immediately during the first call that delivery in the evening on a weekday would not work, and we would have immediately agreed on Saturday, then there would not have been several postponements, and everything would have been fine.
