I really liked the hotel. The room has a super comfortable bed, pillows, and a blanket. There is a mini bar, air conditioning works very well. The room is spacious.
The staff is very polite.
The breakfast is just a fire, varied, delicious, with mountain views.
The location of the hotel in the center is very convenient, there are several parks nearby.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for the weekend on December 9-10. First of all, I want to mention the staff – they are all very responsive and hospitable. They help, prompt, and quickly resolve issues. There was a massage promotion and we were promptly provided with this service in the room (there is also a massage room, but we wanted to try this option). We didn't spare a second – complete relaxation! The room is clean and cozy. There is water on arrival and a water cooler on the ground floor. The breakfasts are a little modest, but you will not stay hungry. You can also book a trip to the Ala-Archa National Park right at the hotel – it is very convenient if you come for a short time, but you want to see nature and not bother with the organization. Thanks to the hotel team for a great weekend!

Nice hotel, clean, very polite and helpful staff, nice rooms, delicious breakfasts with wonderful scenic views, regular and good cleaning, excellent location! The room is very spacious - a large and comfortable bed, a sofa, a table for work, a clean and cozy bathroom. I was at the hotel last year, when it was already snowing and it was cold. The rooms have panoramic windows and a very strong wind, the air conditioning did not save, unfortunately. The warmest place in the room was the bathroom. It would be great if something was done about it, but it's a good hotel.
