On April 8, my girlfriend and I decided to go to an evening movie session (21:50), the movie ran until 00.10. We left the cinema in a good mood, went down to the parking lot, got into the car and drove to the exit. The exit was closed, after standing there for a few minutes, a young man with a walkie-talkie came up to us and introduced himself as the head of security. We had to pay 80 UAH for parking, we had 100 or 60 UAH, he did not want to give change from his own and the ticket office was closed. We argued with him for 5 minutes, proving our rights and the fact that we want to leave the parking lot, he rested his horn and said that we need to go to the Silpo store to change money at the cash register. It was useless to argue, we went and changed the money, paid and were glad that we were going home now. But this "guard" said since I don't have the keys to open the exit, you need to turn around and go to the entrance, and you can leave there (doesn't it seem ancient that the head of the guard does not have the keys to the exit and he opened the entrance with some kind of rope?? )
In order to get home, we turned around and went after the "guard", the barrier itself did not rise and we had to somehow miraculously go around it (the length of the car is 5.4 m), as a result of which we dented the side of the car and pulled off the paint.
ADMINISTRATION if you have such a service as a cinema until the night, then extend the operation of your parking lot to the last customers, like ALL normal shopping centers!!!Take care of your customers, not just how to earn more!
If you are praised for the shops, cinema and food court, then do not forget about the normal parking and staff!!!!
