Very cozy first floor with numerous coffee shops and places to work. Each table has electrical outlets and comfortable chairs. Comfortable and working atmosphere.

Comfortably. Good internet connection. Did a great job. The dining room is inexpensive and quite tasty. The only drawbacks are the lack of delicious tea. And maybe a little expensive.
