I chose an electric bike through the website.The Smart Balance Tank 2.0 S (2024) Green electric bike
was delivered one day after the purchase request.Acquired in early June 2024.
It is packed well, for reliability everything is fastened with strong ties.
All you need to do is screw the front wheel and wing out of the box, and check the rest of the fasteners (they were tightly tightened out of the box).This model comes with both a basket on the trunk, and you can screw a soft trunk instead of a basket (also included)-for this and further maintenance of the electric bike, you will need hexagons and several wrenches.
At the moment, I have rolled back almost two thousand km.
It fully justifies its characteristics.
During operation, I accidentally knocked down the settings of the electric computer-fortunately, after contacting the manager by phone, they helped me restore them.
Of the cons, I probably just had to build up the mudguards, since in wet weather I was thrown a little on my back from behind and on my legs and the controller area from the front wheel.
I got on it in bad weather, including the ill-fated urogan-the waterproofing from the factory is working.

I am in Minsk, 29 Prytytsky str., Tikali shopping center, 2nd floor, pav. 251, Smartbalance.
I chose the right electric scooter for myself – Ikingi X7 3000W.
I talked to the seller, the guy (I won't give his name), everything is fine, I decided to walk around the store, look at the goods again, suddenly I will find something else for myself, better, but still I stopped at the first option -Ikingi X7 3000W, and decided to make a purchase, but this seller is somewhere I left, and I had to turn to the girl, the seller, who was nearby.
In general, she and I made my purchase, and she sent a request to Belarusbank for my approval of the purchase of an electric scooter on credit.
Then the seller appeared, the guy with whom I communicated earlier, and who was away on some business, expressed dissatisfaction with this girl-seller that she allegedly beat off his buyer, that is, me.
Then a positive response came from Belarusbank, and that the purchase can be continued.
But then this sales guy intervened, and said that this Ikingi X7 3000W model is not on sale!
The saleswoman looked at the computer and said that the product that the buyer wants to buy, that is, I, is in stock.
As a result, I realized that the sellers had a conflict about selling to one or another buyer from whom they receive a reward.
Eventually, I got tired of it all and left!
I am very unhappy with your store!

I really want to express my opinion about this store. Maybe this will stop someone and they will not buy goods here. I definitely agree with the opinion that this store is interested in the buyer only until the moment of purchase. As soon as the money gets to them, there is no more interest. Lying, making promises and selling low-quality things is what this office does. And also to give your customers a cheap Chinese flea market, in the form of bottles for bicycles, locks, etc. It was not the first time we ordered on the Internet, but we could not imagine that such a thing could happen. Consulting us on the bike, the manager naturally assured us that the bike was of excellent quality, there had never been any complaints, everything was super and fine. However, when we received our goods, we were slightly shocked. Of course, this is not a Co.Ltd. or a housing company, and the price here is 6900, But the quality of the materials leaves much to be desired. On the first trip, the child's pedal fell off, and the threads on both parts ate away. How can this even be? Of course, they tried to accuse us that we didn't screw it up. And they also added that they probably got the pedals mixed up. In general, having 5 luxury bicycles that we have been using for 8 years, we could not figure out the Chinese. Naturally, the bike was taken away for repair. And he came back with another breakdown, bent the frame. And of course the pedal is still in a faulty condition. And all this despite the fact that less than 14 days have passed since the purchase. The claim has been sent in writing to the address of this organization, we are waiting for a response. Guys, make a conclusion!!! This experience is sad for us😔

I want to leave my feedback on this online store. An extremely negative impression. We asked for the purchase of a tricycle, which was selected on the site, the manager Roman replied that such a model no longer exists, although everything is still available on the site. I offered an alternative, but I didn't even consider our requests at all!!! We needed a tricycle for two adults! She told him everything, made an order with delivery, which he promised to fulfill on Friday, at the deadline on Saturday, which was also not fulfilled accordingly. The tricycle arrived as a result on Sunday afternoon. A registered office by a carrier, the driver of which naturally knows nothing. I rolled out the tricycle packed and left. Unpacked! And then ta-dam... There is no limit to the disturbance. There are really no instructions, stupidly printing on small pieces of paper with minimal phrases, but detailed information was promised when ordering, I had to figure out what and where blindly, so to speak. And we haven't fully figured it out yet. The maximum load of up to 120 kg turned out to be clearly not for two full-fledged adults. But this thing doesn't cost five rubles.
In short, the conclusion is: the office, just to cram something in, and then cut off your hands!

I bought an electric bike on 09.2023. I paid with halva, I had to go to Minsk to pay. In the store itself, the seller said that he needed to pay an "additional" 5% of the amount (there is no information about this on the website, of course). After 2 months of operation, the engine controller failed. From December to March, the workshop replied mediocre that the controller had been ordered and was about to arrive. They were fed breakfast. It also turned out that this is the 3rd bike they have under repair with the same breakdown (they sell a marriage). I'm not talking about the warranty, because in the instructions they described all the options for failure. Do not drive - and then you will have a guarantee. In short, radishes.
