We contacted them about replacing the phone screen. I arrived during business hours, but the door was locked with two padlocks. They wrote off in a telegram, said they had gone to lunch. I specified what time they work the next day and what time lunch will be. They wrote to me from 13 to 19, lunch from 15 to 16.
I arrived the next day at 13:50, the door was locked with two locks again. At 14, they wrote to me in a telegram at what time I would arrive. I sent a photo of the closed door and wrote that I had been there ten minutes ago. To the excuse that they left to receive the goods and ask to arrive by 15, he replied "No, goodbye." After that, they deleted all the correspondence, which angered me the most.
