I turned with a breakdown, (the microphone on the Samsung j3 phone was torn off

I took the phone under warranty to replace the home button. I barely took it away after three weeks (by the way, according to the law, repairs take no more than 7 days, then only with written consent). They fed me with promises, didn't apologize, and never called me themselves. As a result, they put a black button (the phone is white). They promised to replace it with a suitable one in the near future. As a result, the phone was repaired in August, already in December. The call never came, I was tired of calling myself. So it's worth thinking 10 times before putting something there for repair.
